Since 2010 we have had Michael, The Pool Man, take care of our pool. We specifically have Justin do all the work on it, no one else is allowed to open or close the pool. At the end of the summer, 2022, we ended up with a significant leak in the liner. Justin patched the leak and set us up for ordering a new liner this summer. Michael came out and cut the liner up, measured the pool, and guaranteed the job would be done by Memorial Day so we could use the pool all summer. We ordered our liner and waited. We kept in contact with Michael and Justin. Finally, on schedule, the liner crew came out and installed the liner. The liner guys were very professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. Couldn’t be happier. The pool has been a joy to use this summer with absolutely no problems. We went on vacation and Justin watched the pool for us to make sure all was well. We will continue to use The Pool Man Inc for our pool concerns and will continue to buy our supplies from his store, Swim Center, on RD Mize Road. Justin is especially good at diagnosing and treating problems that crop up in pools. Take a look at the before and after images and judge the job for yourself. We highly recommend these guys for pool maintenance and other needs you may have regarding your pool.
