Swim Things, Inc, Blue Springs MO

I had an emergency swimwear purchase for my kids lessons today just prior to the lesson. The staff was super helpful and patient with my little army. They helped me get in and out, quickly, and on time for my 4 little ones. Super awesome experience!

We purchased a Bullfrog Hot Tub from Swim Things. When problems occurred with the Hot Tub, Kyle continued to keep in contact and work with us until the problem was resolved. This meant a lot knowing that a business stands behind its products. Thank you. Rob

I honestly don't know how to feel about this place. They have a ton of stuff, including pools, pool supplies, a million swimsuits, swim gear, etc, but I've went twice now to find an athletic one piece swimsuit (for training) and have come home empty handed both times. But, the staff have always been very helpful, they just didn't have what I needed/wanted.

The service is amazing when you first walk in the door! They had so much swimwear to choose from as far as styles. My daughter and I both found a swimsuit that met our needs. The ladies helped us find the best size for her and myself. One lady helped me make sure my top/ bottom were comfortable and if not, she found a size difference for/with me. They helped point out the style we were looking for. It was the best experience! Definitely returning each season forward. Also, I shopped from mark gowns, and they had SO many racks with mark downs.

Pretty neat pool store with two in ground pools on display as well as hot tubs. Good selection of apparel and pool supplies.

Love this place. Everyone is helpful and friendly! They have a wide range of products and aren’t overly priced.

Everytime I visit Swim Things, I have always recieved professional advise for the pool analysis for a 50,000 gallon pool.
Every Employee is very professional, helpful and friendly. All the employees have Product knoweldge for there products in the store and if they do not have the answer they will find it and follow up with you personaly. Swim Things retail staff at the store are great! They are knowledgeable and friendly. I buy all my chemicals from Swim Things. The store staff will walk you through common repair issues. 5-stars on the store.

I love this place. Clean, professional, and they have all the basics plus much more! Customer service is always helpful, the selection is huge, and prices are reasonable. (Updated) So sorry, my initial review was meant for a different pool supply business that has not met expectations.
