Shady business. Bought a new house recently and Swiss Air was the HVAC company that came for the inspection. Inspection was fine as the water heater and AC/furnace were less than a year old. Noticed after we moved in their sticker was placed on the paper work folder hanging on the air duct and when I peeled it off, the company that actually installed it was under it. Also, on the AC unit outside the sticker was REMOVED and their sticker was placed there. Will never use Swiss Air now after this insanely shady action. Especially since everything is brand new and we have warranties through the installation company and they removed/covered their information.

Mark at Swiss Air did the gas inspection for the home we are buying, as it is our first time buying, we were so nervous about the inspection phase, but I felt Mark was very professional, great at setting expectations and giving information, and honestly, just really nice! Would recommend!

Allen was a great and informative sales representative. I need a new furnace and ac system for my new house and Allen found me a great deal on it. And the HVAC installer were professional and informative. They made everything made everything seamless, clean n tidy.

We just bought a new house and needed some repairs made to some of the gas piping throughout. First, scheduling was super easy and they were very prompt. Chris from Swiss Air was very thorough, attentive, and all around professional through both the inspection and repairs and even took the time to answer my many questions about the process and general upkeep and maintenance. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

Had them re-do our hvac last Friday, they were fantastic. Did a new furnace, ac, and water heater In about 7 hours and that includes even moving some of the ducting (that had been done poorly by the previous company) out of the way providing a much cleaner look! It looks amazing now and functions better then ever. Highly recommended.

I have used Swiss Air to do both heating and cooling checks! They are very attentive and explains things as they go. They are punctual and make me feel like they value my time as well. After over 20 years of doing business and sending business to this company, they cancelled my service plan with NO prior notification and I had to find out by calling and being told that last technician had a problem with my home, first I’m hearing about it! Also, they are not here to worry about my home they are here to service my units what I was paying for! I’ve dealt with inappropriate technicians over the years and the ones that are excellent don’t stick around long, high turnover rate with technicians and I will never ever do business with them, very unprofessional after so many years! I don’t pay someone to disrespect me and their opinion about my home is not relevant!

Don't call this company if you live in St Louis City, if you expect professional service, or plain decent human behavior. They didn't show for the first appointment. We call, they say they will call back, nothing. We call again and get promises they will be here first thing for our second appointment. Another no show. No call, nothing. We call again only to find out they aren't licensed to do work in the city. Thank you so much for leaving us in a lurch with a gas leak. I can forgive a mistake, but a business that not only doesn't accept responsibility, but doesn't even call to let you know what is happening is the worst type. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Had an issue on Tuesday with my 20 yr old furnace, called Swiss Air at 12: 30 they had someone at my home by 3: 00 as promised. I chose not to invest money in repair based on age of unit. Decided to purchase furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater (free with purchase of furnace and air conditioner promotion). All installed today (Thursday) in 7 hours, very happy with prompt efficient service. Everyone that I dealt with from start to finish very professional, friendly and helpful through the entire process. Very thankful for the quick turn around this time of year. Would highly recommend this company and their technicians.

Glad I had this company install my tankless water heater. They did a awesome job. Going to have them to install a new heating and air unit. I would recommend this company to anyone who's has trouble with there unit or to install a new unit.
