My loved one died wanting on this firm. At first, they would send so many documents for you to fill out and sign. Calls my phone to ask about the documents being returned, then they just went ghost (after documents was returned). We have not even received any letters, no email replies, NOTHING in a long while. For us it's been years (trying to navigate this sad, hurtful loss) of our loved one, but even more with this kind of treatment from someone that's working for them and the family.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the SWMW Law Firm. This firm has a team of amazing, smart and professional attorneys and staff. They really care about their clients and go above and beyond to obtain justice. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Thank you all for your incredible work that you do!

These people are terrible and they lie about everything they represented my fathers case and won't even answer the phone for us

They LIE! Won’t answer phone calls! If you do get through they say “it’s a process and takes time” I’ve run out of time! I’m looking for someone else to take over my case!

So far, it has been a long dragged out process. My dad contacted them in 2017 and later passed in January of 2018. My mother have barely talked to anyone. The contact person is never at their desk and never returns her call. She is about to give up. Maybe she should get someone else involved. The promised help she was supposed to be getting, doesn't seem to be there. I will update if anything changes.

They represented, supposedly do represent me, in the Roundup tort class action. No communication. Constant staff turnover. Tara King, the lawyer representing my case resigned. No one contacted me. Phone calls not returned. Commitments not met. They originally said I might expect payment in March 2021. Then in February 2022. Then in March, then in April 2022. Now they are unreachable.

My big mistake was not signing up with one of the law firms directly involved in the litigating the lawsuit. SMWM did nothing to earn their very substantial fee. I plan to now file a complaint with the Legal Ethics board.

No communication whatsoever, constant personnel turnover, just a giant cloak shadowing whats actually happening

SWMW I am so thankful for this lawfirm. I lost my daddy in 2019 from Mesothelioma Sarcoma. I called SWMW and the day after I called an attorney was in my town talking to me. We filled out the paper work and they have represented my case ever since. I am extremely pleased with SWMW's service.

On February 5tth, 2016 I was diagnosed with Malignant Pericardial Mesothelioma. Upon reading about this disease, I learned very quickly that my prognosis was bleak at best. I originally was contacted by a different law firm than SWMW, however they gave my case over to SWMW shortly after my initial interview with them. That turned out to be the BEST thing that happened to me. I could tell within the first couple of contacts with SWMW law that they had my interest in the forefront. I never got the " run around " from them even when I was so unsure about how things were going on my particular case. My case was especially difficult deal with as I didn't have any CLEAR cause of how I contacted this disease. They didn't care about the cause at that point, only that I had the disease and they were going to go forward and protect my rights. I have to say that my attorney, Steve Arristie, was and is still amazing. He is no way the " typical" lawyer type that I've come to expect from my past experience with lawyers. He actually cares! It wasn't a pretense with Steve. He kept me informed every step of the way during the trail faze of my case and to this day he contacts me twice a year just to see how I'm doing. How I'm feeling.not many attorneys working for big firms in major cities take the time to call a 64 year old client who lives in one of the most remote areas of the USA. Steve did and still does to this day. I am very pleased with the professionalism and caring that SWMW law has shown me over these past 5 years. I have fortunately been in REMISSION for almost 3 years now. The odds of that happening were very small however, here I am. And still I get updates and calls about my well being from SWMW law, even after my case has pretty much been all but settled. I did receive great compensation because of all the hard work Steve and the firm did on my behalf. SWMW law is the ONLY firm I would trust with this devastating disease. It's a hard thing to have to go through, and unfortunately it is almost always fatal. It puts your mind at ease knowing that the people at SWMW law will get you the very best results that they can. They do it with expert knowledge and professionalism that is needed to protect the rights of all of us who, because of no fault of our own, contacted a rare and very fatal disease. I am very fortunate to have them working on my behalf.
