This place is a joke do not go here for your medical needs. I literally have to go here three times a week to get results for labs that's me getting stabbed three times by these ladies a week for them not to get results

This place is stupid they won’t return hy-Vee pharmacy back I’ve been out of meds for a week now. Had to go up there to see talk to someone and their was no body there had to knock on counter to get someone to come up to the counter. Then they said the doctor is no longer their was not informed that before said the had to email the person and put urgent supposed have a call back yesterday morning and nothing. I’ve trying to call again with no answer if I could give a 0 I definitely would

If I could give zero stars I would-

What doctor in their right mind would refuse a life saving medication and be hateful about- I’ve been on epilepsy meds for 15 years and NOW they want to refuse them. I hope this place shuts down and the doctors lose their medical license.

Have some heath issues iam 53, they never returned my call, i have to call them to be on hold, asked a question, never got a call back with explanation, still looking for the required meds, and possible surgery, looking to move doctor, place is a joke.

Whole lot of talking and unprofessionalism. Even though your appointment is at a scheduled time they don’t see you until maybe a hour or two after the fact. What’s the purpose of having an appointment?

They talk so much about things that’s not work related outside of the patient rooms you would it’s Highschool.

The office spells mold and body odor. There were dead roaches on the floor and what looked like blood splatter on the walls. This is not the place to take your family for health care.

I had an overall pleasant experience. The
receptionist was polite and the doctor was thorough and generally had a concern about my health.

They NEVER EVER answer the phone, but when I come in, they are just hanging out, laughing, and talking to each other.

Dr. Stokes is on the verge of a malpractice lawsuit. How in the world he became a dr. Boggles My mind.

The entire staff is so sweet! The man working the front desk was so kind, understanding, and reassuring while I was having a rough time. Dr. Stokes is great. Hes patient, kind, and he listens to all of my concerns.
