Customer service is incredibly lousy. Purchased a 3k lawnmower back in October and now it’s not working. I called on Monday 5/9 and after being placed on a 30 minute hold was told I’d receive a call back, never did. Called again on 5/14 and was told I couldn’t even schedule someone to come look at it until next week. Super frustrating and now my grass is higher than my dogs! I will not be using this business again. I understand everywhere is short staffed but that doesn’t make up for poor customer service.

Terrible customer service from one individual. I spent over $200 earlier this summer and they still didn't find the problem on my riding mower. I found and fixed it myself. Needed 12 inches of a small weedeater gas line. Thought they might give it to me considering what I paid in the past, but nope. Had to pay a whole $3.60 and it took them forever to find it's price, etc.

Have a mower that I installed a power flow bagger on.after a few minutes of mowing it starts to smoke. Took it to them to have them professionally install it and install new drive belts. They never called with an estimate, which is fine as long as it is fixed, but called to tell me its done. When I arrived they said it was installed incorrectly then later told me they lied to me and it was not installed incorrectly but it had a bunch of grass causing it to bog down. Well the grass clippings were from trying to use it and it wouldn't push them to the collection machine. On top of that they did not replace the belts like I asked even tho they have gotten hot several times and are stretched. Man at the counter was not pleasant and not friendly at all. However I have bought parts from them several times and the Parts department is super Friendly.

I have a 3032e with loader. The bucket will not stay in position and rolls down dumping your load, this even happens when the bucket is empty, then the bucket just rocks back and forth. I have had it at this dealer twice and they tell me that John Deere says it is tolerance. I had a New Holland for 25 years and never had this problem. Guess I shouldn't have bought a John Deere.

I called Sydenstricker after the Deere dealership in Jefferson City failed to pick up my mower. Not only did they go to my house and get my mower when they said they would but they did it cheaper than the local guys.
Service was top notch. The mower ran great after I got it back.
My only complaint was the price of the carburator but there is nothing they can do about that.
In fact, that price was the reason I didn't want to replace it myself. I couldn't find a cheaper part online or off. I would have been mad had I spent hundreds of dollars on a part that didn't fix my issue. Better to let the pros look at it.
Top notch service, hands down.

Gary and the guys are slow as snails fixing things that are under warranty. Last time I got a, "you gonna fix it? " If I fix it what goods the warranty?

Service Manager Clayton and his team were excellent! They provided me with excellent service! Clayton brought my mower back so that I could mow my lawn and provided me a work around because it wasn't completely fixed yet. Once I got my lawn mowed, he promptly returned to pick it up again. They took it back to their shop, provided the permanent fix and then cleaned it thoroughly and promptly returned it again! Now my mower runs like new! I am thoroughly pleased and satisfied with their excellent customer service, professionalism and the fact that they didn't leave me hanging, but stuck with the project until I was a satisfied customer! I would recommend them to anyone, at any time!

I had been using a Honda hrx self propelled for the last 15 years, I went shopping and was sure alI I needed was an E100, Zac asked great questions and explained why the E120 would be a better long term fit. I’m glad he was able to explain the differences, and I purchased the E120. Wow I mow the backyard in 20 minutes and can drink water while I do it!

The entire staff at Sydenstrickers do such a great job at taking care of their customers. Everyone there values the customers that walk in the door.
Went in to see Norm on Saturday and brought home a E140 for a smaller property and a Zero turn for my home place.
Norm took the time to explain the features and benefits of each machine I looked at until I finally made my mind up on which two I wanted.
I expect my lawn to look perfect, I tool both machines home at tried them out, they were set up perfectly by the technicians at Sydenstrickers and Norm even gave me a call Saturday night to check in with me.
