T. Arcobasso's Italian Ristorante, Weldon Spring MO

We were disappointed in the food here. Manicotti and seafood pasta had absolutely no flavor and were smothered in sauce; toasted raviolis were overdone. The lasagna was tasty but probably not good enough for us to return. Not as good as when they were in Florissant.

Service was good and atmosphere was fine. For price and reviews it was okay. Chicken and Veal dishes were swimming in sauce and the Chicken/Shrimp pasta had very little protein. Pasta is made with Provel.

I recently got back from a 1 mos vacation in Italy and this restaurant made me feel like I was back in Italy! Superb!

We had a party of 18 to celebrate an 80th Bday. The food was fantastic anthe sevice top notch. Payton was our server and did an extraordinary job!

If I could give it 6 stars I would. The calamari is my absolute favorite. I order 2 orders every time I come. Every entree and side I’ve had is phenomenally amazing. Keep up the great work! If you live and/or are visiting be sure to check out this one stop shop for great food.

All the food from appetizers, salad and main entree were on point. Service was great. Brought memories of when they were in Ferguson, MO. Still killing it.

We used to frequent Arcobassos at the old location many years ago, but don’t live in close proximity now. We thought we’d be nostalgic and made the drive for dinner tonight. We were SO disappointed. In the 15 minutes we waited to be seated, 3 other families came and left…without dining. 15 minutes is not long to wait for a table, but the hostess was away for most of that time (cleaning tables or simply out of sight).

The bread is plain white bread, warmed up. The lettuce in our salads was very wet and wilted. The Alfredo sauce was so watery that it didn’t stick to the noodles, it was as if the noodles were sitting in soup. The Alfredo sauce was also very bland. A family member ordered baked mostaccioli with meatballs and the meatballs were so dry that they needed to be cut with a knife.

Our server was very kind and attentive. I think the walk-outs could have been prevented if the busser did what she was supposed to do so that the hostess could attend to patrons entering the restaurant. They also still have many tables blocked from use, like COVID seating.

We won’t be back, it’s no where near what it used to be. Very sad and disappointing.

This is an awesome restaurant and part of a long tradition of North County Italian Restaurants that have moved out to St Charles. The real tragedy is they are going to drive the business into the ground with the ridiculous hours they are open now. 4-8 4 days a week is just not workable for most people wanting to enjoy a night out with friends and family.

Not as friendly as the original owners and location. Last time we went, we were told 20 or so more minutes multiple times. After waiting 90 and the hostess avoiding eye contact with us like the plague we just. Sad to see it slip. Their salads were amazing.

First the hostess was great. We had good service until she saw someone to visit with, we became a second thought.
My wife had the fettuccine and said it was good. I think the cannolini I had was fresh from the freezer.
This used to be a nice restaurant. Now incredibly average.

Really enjoyed our lasagna and chicken and pasta. The salad dressing is the best! Great service, too.

Placed a to-go order over the phone. Very pleasant attendee took the order. When I arrived I sat at the bar and the bartender was extremely attentive. When given the bill, I made a simple request for extra Parm cheese for the two large Pasta dishes and for the two salads. If dining in we would have used plenty. When arriving home and taking out the items, there were two small plastic containers with about a teaspoon of Parm cheese in each. Very disappointing.
Delicious warm bread came with the order, however unlike previous orders, there wasn't any butter included.
The servers were outstanding.
Baked Spaghetti outstanding.
Pasta Julia with white sauce, disappointing as the white sauce was very thin, watery and lacking flavor. I thought I was going to get an Alfredo sauce, it clearly was not.
The house dressing was exceptional as always.
I'm sure next time I will check the order before leaving the restaurant as to not be disappointed. My error for not double checking the order.

I came to Arcobasso's with a group of friends. It's always been a favorite of mine so I was really excited to go.

Our servers, Nikki and Jordan, were very attentive. Came to our tables immediately and took our drink orders. There were a couple mistakes with forgotten requests but overall I thought they were very good.

I got a salad with house dressing. Absolutely devine! Have always enjoyed their house dressing. Nothing compares.

The bread left something to be desired. Just plain white bread. A bit disappointed but since I'm not a big bread eater it wasn't a big deal for me. A couple others mentioned it to me afterwards.

I ordered Cannelloni for my main dish. I always order Cannelloni when eating Italian so I've had their Cannelloni before. What a let down! The portion was tiny. Yes, 2 noodles but these were tiny noodles. Lots of sauce to try to cover it. And bland. Tasted no seasoning. Sauce tasted very generic. Has always been extremely rich and flavorful in the past.

A friend ordered fettuccine. Also told me it was extremely bland. She did not eat her meal at the restaurant. She told me she took it home and fixed her own Alfredo sauce for it.

Won't be back.
