Worst location in the city. Went in to pick up a phone, asked a representative if i can ask him a question he replied no. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I just wanted to know how long the wait was and if i needed to sign in. Definitely won’t be back and will be switching providers. I will not be disrespected while spending MY MONEY!

The staff was professional and knowledgeable of their products and I was pleased with my purchase.

Great customer service provided by P. She was patient with me as I asked questions about the different phones. The particular phone I wanted was out of stock but she went above and beyond and called other Tmobile stores to see if they had it but it was out of stock everywhere. She suggested that if I could get the phone through another retailer that I could bring it in and she would assist me to transfer all my files and data. And she said make sure the phone came unlocked. With someone like me not knowing that much about smartphones I appreciate the fact that she didn't try to sell me anything. I totally had a great experience at the Tmobile store on Lindell all because of P. There were other staff there too and they were very friendly and courteous. Kudos to P.

Please offer Mobile Expert Calvin Walker (at your 4167 Lindell Boulevard store in St. Louis) a raise NOW! Last week he graciously, patiently, and even humorously guided me through my upgrade to a new mobile device. What was expected to be an arduous and tedious task turned into a delightful experience thanks to Calvin Walker.

Jerrell literally is the bomb. We came in around 6: 30 (they close at 7) to get my fiance a new phone. We had to switch her phone number from boost mobile to my Sprint/TMobile plan. The dude was there with us until 8: 30 talking to us, being honest with us, and was straight up the best phone representative that we have ever talked to. The man has such great positive energy, helped us get the phone set up afterwards, was on the phone with boost mobile basically fighting them for us for an hour. Dude is straight up amazing!

LeRoy helped me today get a very old phone a viable SIM today. He was a great guy and went the extra mile for me. I'm a 22yr customer of Sprint.and it's guys like that, that keep me coming back. Give that man a raise! He's THE MAN!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The employees are incompetent and have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I would recommend another location.

I absolutely love this location! Every single time I come in here I have had the best customer service at any sprint store I have been to you in St. Louis Missouri. They are extremely knowledgeable, extremely customer service savvy, and just the entire vibe from coming in the store and leaving is good I have yet to go in and see an upset customer and or being upset customer. And in comparison to the location on Clayton road, it's like night and day that location customer service and knowledgeable staff and management is absolutely horrible but this location oh yes this is where I will continue to do business. Jesus and management. Basically everyone at this location rules!

Sir Reggie Ewing is the bomb! I enjoyed working with him.he has a very pleasant personality and is very knowledgeable of Sprint and the products offered.
