T-Mobile reviews
17Horrible wait times to get anything accomplished in this location. The line there is just a joke. I will drive to the Belton location from now on because they know how to treat customers.
Great service.girls did a great job of getting me going on new phone.knowledgeable and patient.
One visit to a different store and four calls to TMobile later, I finally fixed the mess these reps created. Don't go here.
My wife & I needed help in adjusting our phones. The young lady very joyfully helped us get set up. Thanks! They have always been class A service.
This is a franchise store.
Unless you have hours of time to kill, save yourself the headache. Choose a different location.
The employees are not exactly knowledgeable. Obviously a severe lack of training. Or in grooming. (Dirt under the fingernails is just unacceptable).
It really makes one wonder if they wash their hands...
Not in the products nor customer service. Just NOT a pleasant experience. If I had been a potential NEW customer, I promise that I would Not Be.
Not in the device's used to make or complete a sale.
Not in exchanges.
It should not take hours to get through any process.
Have made 2 visits. Will not make another.
Had a JOD Lease upgrade. That visit took over 2 hours.
At least I was successful in finally getting the desired phone.
Second visit, 09/08/22 was even more painful.
That visit was for a warranty exchange on a Samsung Galaxy Watch 2 Active. Which I now have to pair? Or activate the built-in SIM card to pair.
This really is unacceptable.
Side NOTE: The only customer service I have encountered that IS worse, is the ongoing nightmare in dealing with Frigidaire Corporation warranty.
DO NOT switch to T-mobile expecting them to "buy you out" of your current contract. You will never see the money.
They are extremely slow, won't address you when you walk in waited over 45 minutes in line, only 2 employees no one ever apologized to the multiple people in line they move & act like they are sedated! Me & customer service caught them lying to me & didn't want to take responsibility or admit what they did instead tried to blame me. No one should have to wait almost an hour just to pay a bill! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! THE LOCATION IN HARRISONVILLE IS NOT THE BEST ONE TO USE. HORRIBLE
Cody went above and beyond to insure that all the issues I was running into were resolved. Even after he was off work stayed to make sure everything was perfect.
Andrea helped us get in and get out! She's so patient and was a excellent help! She's the best. The entire store is really fantastic at helping customers!
Conner helped me a ton and was one of the friendliest people. He helped me with any questions I had. And I left the store with a new phone and very happy!
All of the staff working at T-Mobile in harrisonville Missouri are very professional and very patient employees. Kudos to all of them!
Came in last week to upgrade my phone and open a line for my son. Andrea was amazing at handling what I needed and answered ant questions I had. She even gave my 2 year old a snack when he was getting cranky and a balloon they had from an old promotion. Thank you Andrea. Keep up the great work.
Connor was a wonderful young man who stuck with the job and found us a great solution to our issue! Thanks to him for saving us money!
We upgraded two phones. Andrea was great. Yes, it does take time to go through the process of trading in phones and transferring everything over, but Andrea was careful to make sure everything went correctly. Expect some things to take time. I appreciate that we have had no problems with anything, including our new 5G home network.
Would not recommend 5 hrs spent in a store to upgrade one phone the workers have no clue on how to do things average wait time is 3 hrs that’s how long it take to help one person. I have watched 10 different people just walk out of the store because they have been here longer and can’t wait any more. Sprint should have not let T-Mobile take over what a joke.
If I could give a zero I would, I come home to find out that my grandparents were given a “free” tablet when they took their iPhone they bought through Apple to get them set up. She talked me through it all and talked about how he made fun of a question she ask about it and vividly remembers that he said it was free and they wouldn’t have to open up a new line. Today we headed down to try to talk to them and were told about how it had been past the 14 days that they had to return it. Which I understand, I know more about this then them and while it’s frustrating to hear that they had been taken advantage of it was even more frustrating and aggravating when the works had an attitude towards us. Simple questions like how much it would cost today to pay off the line and tablet of about the process of canceling in 24 months when the contract is up were all faced with arrogance and sometimes having their voices be raised at us. If anyone has good experience with AT&T or Verizon let us know because my grandma is about as hot as a skillet in the fire.
Spent over 2 hrs in the store to acquire home internet. After completing everything I was told the equipment that was in front of me could not be activated and one would have to be shipped to me in 5-8 business days. This was what I was avoiding by driving an hour to this store. I went there so I could take the equipment with me. An elderly lady was beside me, and had been in there a long time before I entered. She was extremely frustrated because everything was so difficult and impossible to complete. Store personnel were very polite but could not perform basic transactions due to t mobiles terrible systems and main office staff. Customer care rep was extremely disrespectful to elderly customer on the phone.
Total waist of my afternoon.
