8Have not had this service for 6 hours and already can say that am not happy with customer service. Screwed up my order had to go back to the store. Have already had call with customer service was on hold for over an hour and a half. Had trouble getting somebody that spoke English well enough to be able to understand and then they proceeded to try and talk over me when I was explaining an issue. Not happy at all at this moment!
I had a wonderful experience getting my new phone and yajahira and Kyle both helped me because I didn't know what I was doing. I ended up coming in a second time because I had some more questions and they even made a booklet for me so that I would know what I'm doing thank you. Give them a pay raise!
This store is simply amazing, Kyle was extremely helpful. The other three in the store I believe their names are Cory Steve and Yolanda they provided excellent customer service and made the phone buying process amazing
Went to the store down the street and they were not able to answer my questions properly and made me feel like a bother. This store however made me feel like they cared about my situation and helped get me a good deal on a new iPhone. I WILL ONLY BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!

This is the only place in town to do business with T-Mobile. They are located at 5403 N. Belt Hwy. I was having problems and first went to the mid-Belt store and received no customer support and the 2 employees were very rude. So I ran up to North Belt and these people solved the problems the other location claimed they couldn't. A big Thank You to Kyle and Nik!
Just have to say what a pleasant
experience I had today with this Sprint location. Not only did they help with the phone I was purchasing off of marketplace. But installed the new sim card and assisted Sprint support on getting my new phone activated. A special shout out to Yajahira for her knowledge and patience with me. Great Job!
