Rude! I drove to Carthage instead of dealing with the staff. Incredibly rude! I’ve had tmobile for almost 20 years and I contemplate canceling! The associate was an absolute jerk! I drove to Carthage and had exceptional customer service! This stores rating is a 3 for a reason. You need BETTER staff!

Your blanket responses are useless.

I wanted to successfully switch from one carrier to TMobile. I was told I wouldn’t lose service, and I did for 24 hours. I was told I could not have an invoice for my order of services and new device, but I could have a copy of chat, which I never got. My connection to phones (2) didn’t happen for 10 hours, and my watch took 24 hours with help from Apple. They Did Not tell us until After we transferred that they were paying off our phones After we paid the phones in full first. They put nothing in writing. They constantly disconnected almost each call for tech support when needed for phone disconnects. They instructed me to get my own chat, when asked them to provide chats, to a website area that does not exist. I will likely be returning to my previous carrier prior to the 30 days, assuming they even allow me to. I strongly recommend no one transfers their service to TMobile, and ignore the “promos” they mislead you with. I have copied and continued this review anywhere else I can place it. I do not wish to discuss via phone—only in writing.

Terrible staff and service and didn't give me my porting number before canceling my account so they left me high and dry. Do not recommend I can't even get ahold of customer service on the phone they hangup on callback option and the wait time doesn't end. Terrible service so bad negetive stars please

I’ve never been more disappointed in the way I was treated. I was offered a 15 day free trial hotspot SIM card to put in my phone. If I liked it I thought about switching. The service was not any better, so I didn’t change from Verizon. I was then billed $328 for two month including late fees. 10-15 hours later with customer service. I was then turned into the credit agency for non pay on an account I didn’t sign up for nor want. I went to the store. The two men working didn’t care and wouldn’t even contact the manger. This is disgusting and sneaky. I ended up paying for a free 15 trial. If know the owners I would love to speak with them about their terrible customer service. Don’t go to this location
After I thought it was all fixed and had to buy out of a service I did t sign up for. I received another bill in the mail today. Please make it stop! It should be illegal that this can happen.

My senior aged parents got THE BEST customer service from this group of fabulous employees. They went out of their way in numerous ways to make sure they were taken care of in the best way! I can not recommend them enough. They all were fabulous, but Kae was beyond outstanding!

There is just something disappointing in the fact. I can never come into your store and get what I need. I am always treated unkindly and never get the service I need. I was just in your store and was told by employee. Very rudely they could not accept my phone That I had through the lease trade in program. They made me call customer service and told me I could only send it back in through the mail. Customer service advised me I can ONLY turn the phone in at a physical store. Why is it someone halfway across the world can assist me better then one of your employees

Terrible customer service. If you are able to get ANY person at T-Mobil who actually cares about their ABSOLUTE TRASH customer service, it is a blessing. From using the app, to the internet, to the 1-800 number, to the store, not one person is actually helpful. After several phone calls, trying via the app, two stores and about 11 actual human hours, I was able to update my payment method. This store is the worst. I came in unhappy, and I left sick. I was asked to leave when a fellow customer told me that she didn't want to hear me complain. After all I had been through, I deserved to complain, and I dereserved to be heard, and the problem should have been remedied. I told this lady to mind her business. She was incredibly rude, I was rude, and already super upset. I WALKED IN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. Not once was I allowed to speak to the manager, and was even told that the manager would not be interested in my complaint, and that really did not sit well with me as a paying customer. Not once did the manager identify himself, or offer assistance, and I didn't even know he was in the room until I was told to leave. The people there clearly hate their jobs. ISSAC especially.
Lastly, the coverage is absolutely terrible, and the service is just as bad, but the customer service is the worst. It's not a contract (but it is). I have 18 more very very regretful months of TMobil.

Lousey. Details on plans depends on person talked to. Outright lied. When my contract is up. I will be leaving this Hack company.

The store on Rangeline threw me out. Horrible customer service. Would help if they spoke English.
