This is a very popular truckstop due to the location, central, United States, central, Missouri, lots of activity, it’s just a great location for commerce.there’s plenty of parking and several other truckstops in the area to accommodate tons of parking. It’s just a great location.

You can't trust nothing these people say. Go and get yourself a second opinion! Or go somewhere else. These dudes don't know what they're talking about. Wasted 3 days here for nothing.

Get your quote or service charges in writing. Told by one employee and "out the door" price, while receiving another price at the service desk. I should have went back east on I-70 and gotten tire service at Best One tire in Foristell, Mo than to have paid a higher amount at Kingdom City.

Needed to inflate steers. Their inflator was out of service I asked if I can use other one and manager said no. I’ve asked if I can pay for that he said to wait 3 hours. Some times some things just can’t be comprehended. That manager have to fired because he ain’t manager he is actually a duck. Read management book about eagles and the ducks.

Got my truck serviced when i had the time. Not 8 hours later like some places. Thanks guys.

I had a pretty good oil leak and needed to get some oil. I can't believe how expensive it has gotten. I didn't get any there. I really don't like Walmart but it was cheaper there by half.

I was waiting with my 8 years old son for my truck to be fixed and the conversation came out loud and the foul language they use was to hard to listen to, I think they are unprofessional yeah I had to asked my son to walk outside with me and sit on the bench

In this location, the service is pretty good, no other charges, everyone is very nice, very responsible for the truck problem. Very professional. Worth choosing on the road.

Got me on the road with the air conditioner working. With was very important. My thanks to them

Horrible service at Iron skillet. Waited for food 55 minutes, when asked when it would be ready, said they haven’t started yet.
Just don’t even bother going there

The employees were polite and none had frowns only smiles to everyone that walked in. They fixed my husbands truck without sitting there for hours and hours. We appreciate everything they do for us when we stop in for truck repairs.

Had a blowout on a trailer tire (I'm a truck driver) they got me in immediately, but it took them 2 hours to get the tire changed out. Young guy was working on it. (Early 20s) still did a good job and got me on the road. Very friendly staff.

Called them around midnight and asked if they could patch one of my truck tires. They hung up on me without answering and wouldn't answer the phone again so went over in person to ask and they were very arrogant and rude and refused service saying they were leaving and the next person wouldn't be there for several hours. Don't bother stopping here at night they won't help you.

Thanks for the fast flat repair. Found stem was bad and they fixed it right the first time. I appreciate in finding the issue fast and getting me back on the road. Was able to make my appointment on time.
