Taco Bell, St. Louis MO

I never EVER thought I’d be leaving a 5 star review for a Taco Bell in my life. Seriously. But this tbell is one of a kind. The staff are always So kind and the food is consistent and actually delicious! We just moved from south city and are so thankful our new tbell is so lovely.

Find another Taco Bell, seriously. The hours say they close at 1 we were there at 12: 02 there were 3 cars in front of us, we pull up to order and they turn the lights off on us and said they were closed and refused to take out order. We were the last car in the line. They were rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

I live in Fenton but drive to this location instead of the awful one closer. This location is always consistent in great customer service and my food is always fresh and right! I have a house full of teenagers so when we have a Taco Bell order it's very obnoxiously large. ANGIE goes above and beyond to make sure she is friendly and thorough and made my night a lot easier. Angie should be someone that goes around to other locations training people on what they are supposed to do and how they are supposed to treat people! She and this location are the BOMB!

We ordered on line. When I got there the window person handed me 2 items, I had the print out and said, there should be all this. She argued with me. I pulled back up to the window the manager yelled at me to come into the lobby. I told them what I had been given and the still didn't get it right. The manager shrugged and said, "that's all I know. " He knew it all as it was on the print out I handed them. Untrained window people and a rude manager. Won't be going back.

I normally don't have any problems at this location, but today I was disappointed. I ordered a regular menu item with some modifications. Once I got home I realized it was a similar but incorrect item, which I could not eat. Called and said they would replace it. So I drove back (not even the closest location to me) and they had no problem replacing. The cashier was even adamant about making sure the mods were going to be made. Everyone was very nice, and I was even offered a free item for the inconvenience (I declined but I am now regretting it). I felt confident this one would be correct, so I didn't check while I was there, but when I got home I discovered it was the regular item without my modifications. I could still eat it so it's not a total loss, but it stings that I paid extra for an ingredient that I didn't get, and had to drive extra to still end up with the wrong thing. I also didn't get a receipt for the replacement, and didn't get my original receipt back so I can't take their survey and let them know about it.

TLDR: Don't make modifications. Make sure you have right item before you leave.

Good customer service. I love that the changing table was stocked with the papers for it & bags for dirty diapers!

The Food is good and the workers are very nice and kind to the customers. And they are fast at making the food.

The girl at the counter was just so friendly. She was working counter and window. Very sweet made our experience very pleasant.

Two stars for failing to be open at 7am 98% of the time. If you're not truly open at 7, you need to change your times to reflect this.

Food was awesome, costumer service goes above and beyond. Best crew than any taco Bell. Sorry to say that about other one's but the truth is the truth.
Building is always clean. Yes even restrooms. Can't go wrong eating here and bring the family.

I stopped in to grab a taco because I was starving after my doctors appointment.
The place was busy, it was lunch time, but I got in & out rather quickly. The cashier was very friendly and funny. Really nice! The place was clean and the condiments were all full and the area was clean. I would recommend this taco bell to others & I would go back myself.

What's up with Taco Bell on Tesson Ferry in St. Louis, Mo?
They were closed at 8: 15 am. Doors locked no one inside. An employee was outside by her car. She had ear phones in and ignored us.

Taco Bell is by far my favorite fast food joint. Their stuff is always just so good and it's not very pricey at all. I'm always treated with respect which is a huge plus, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I pulled in only 1 car in drive through 2 on lot. Sat at puck up window 12 minutes. No one ever opened the window for pmt or anything. The girl taking orders was talking and filling drinks for the plethera of cars that later pulled in. After 15 minutes of being ignored, i went to Arbys

Not a soul in sight when we pulled into the drive-thru. I found that odd but the lady was super friendly and the food was all hot and seemed like it had been updated or at least not super old and sitting in a metal pan awaiting it’s slow burning death.

Staff were friendly. I was able to get my food from drive through pretty fast. They had a good selection of breakfast.

Thanks Taco Bell for the refreshing Watermelon freeze it's cute and delicious especially when stitting in traffic on Hwy 40 Always customer service is #1 great job!

Taco Bell, to me, is American Mexican. I get the Locos Nacho Tacos. I think they're good, but I like to put more cheese on them

Taco Bell was really good they're really good people up there I love you man Taco Bells I probably should I pray I'm at the Taco Bell everyday everyday I workout with weights I a good protein I love your proteins that you guys sell steak I get steak eggs all the good stuff and workout thank you

I'm not fond of bell but not lots of choices for food in this town. Couldn't really complain about it
