Taco Bell reviews
23Slooooow. Came inside for a door dash, food wasn’t even ready. It was pretty quiet and calm for how busy they were with orders on a Friday night. Came back for a personal order, incredibly slow.
Always leaving an item out. Food rarely fresh. Always seem to be out of something like beef or black beans. Once I went and was told I could only order 4 items.terrible service all around
Worst Taco Bell I’ve been too. Service is terrible but food is great. They closed 3 hours before they are supposed to close. I believe these workers are just very lazy.
I believe they gave my food to the man in the car in front of me. That man gave it back to them. I asked them if that happened and they said no, but I disagree. They should have been honest and replaced my food.
I went to this taco bell tonight at 10: 14pm.when i got out it was 10: 35, i waited 21 minutes to receive a cold chicken chalupa and a nacho bell grande that was simply thrown in a box with no paper.terrible service and didnt even get my reciet.
Always slow. Plus they have messed up my orders now 3 times in a row. I guess they’re consistent at least.
It took over 20 min for our order to come out and there was no one else in the lobby at this time. Crunchwrap has way to much lettuce and very little of anything else. Horrible location.
Many places can integrate self service kiosks without sacrificing service or quality, this place obviously could not. As soon as the kiosks were introduced, the dining room has become completely unwatched. Standing in service line will result in the staff looking at you dismissively at best.
This could probably be tolerable if it didn't mean you didn't get your drinks, the service is slow, and they seem to forget an item every time. And good luck ever getting the attention of any of the cook staff to correct their error.
I assume the owner/gm decided the cost of kiosks meant they no longer needed to adequately staff the dining room. Until this is corrected I won't be returning.
The bathroom was disgusting and there was no soap to wash my hands, therefore there was no soap for employees to wash their hands after visiting the restroom. It's not just up to a manager to make sure there is soap in a bathroom for employees and customers. This is the responsibility of you as the employee and moreso it's for the safety of all customers and on a larger spectrum it is the safety of the general public. Think of how many knobs and buttons and money (really everything) you've touched that day that went into the next hands of someone. Not cool! This all overshadowed my visit as it is in this review so I have no food to speak of or other overall experience to share.
We had a horrible experience at the belton applebees. Discouraged, we stopped by taco bell on the way home. We had great service, food, and overall experience here. Prompt service and delicious food.
Food took 30 minutes and there were no other customers there. No napkins, no straws, lids didn't fit cups. No one seemed to care about their jobs or apologize for any of the issues.
I would wager $1000 that this Taco Bell cannot go through a full business day without screwing up someone's order! I am sick and tired of spending my money on food then driving all the way home to find out it is wrong. I called in and they said no problem we will write down your name and replace your order next time you come in. When I went in they said we have no names written down in our book with messed up orders and that they would not help. My order has been messed up the last three times I've been in And it is always the same item ordered the same way or they forget something! The staff and overall business is a joke!
How is it possible that the RainTree Taco Bell is the worst on the planet?
After having repeated my order twice, they still managed to screw up my order wrong. This is why I prefer taco trucks to Taco Bell. Their food is better and not nearly as expensive.
Horrible, I've been here multiple times and my order has been wrong every-single-time. I had to repeat myself more than 3 times just to tell them what I needed and my order was still wrong. Looks like I'll be finding another taco bell to go to.
I've been here several times and every time whether they have a lot of customers or not they are super slow and this last experience was awful they didnt understand my order several times and I waited for my food for almost 30 minutes in the drive thru almost wondering if going inside youd get faster service.definitely had better.
The food was so gross. Every item we opened had been just halfway folded and lettuce and cheese just thrown everywhere. My hard taco was sooo wet and mush and I went straight home.less than 2 minutes and the shell broke and blobs of meat were falling out. Our bag was wet and ripping before we got home. I couldn't eat my nachos. They were mush and had mainly just beans all over them with nothing else. I'm bummed bc I really never eat at taco bell, but it was a long night of shopping and it sounded good.
Food was hot and fresh, restaurant was relatively spotless, but most of all the team members were friendly courteous and spot on 10/10 will visit again
Waited in line for 25 minutes only to get to the speaker and be told they close at midnight and are no longer taking orders. It was 11: 53 at that point. So apparently a taco can not be made in less than 7 minutes. This store gets slower and slower everytime. Something needs to change.
They only take care of the drive-thru. You have to order on a machine, then swipe a credit card. Absolutely no service
Are you craving authentic Mexican cuisine but don't want to hassle with those 15,000 detainees at the border? Head out to your local Taco Bell! I can't say there is anything Mexican about their chow, but what else is open after 1: 00 a.m?
