Order a $5 dollar box came with the wrong item! Also, I ordered a five layer burrito and definitely wasn't 5 layer burrito it had rice inside. Worst experience ever

My food was ready and just sat on the counter. No one called me to tell me my food was ready. Plus I didn't get everything I ordered.

Favorite budget Fast-food, almost anything can be made vegetarian. One may survive on a dollar a day for quite some time. May. Be. It's really best bang for your buck. If you're from Joplin/Webb, you might know of the better bang for way more bucks I prefer

Me and my husband came here and got some food and it was all old and gross. I'm pregnant and it made me sick to my stomach. I simply asked for a refund and got told they would not give us a refund for the items.

Food was great & it was very nice to see the smiling faces of employees not wearing useless dehumanizing face masks. Masks are harmful to wear (look it up) & do not protect you from anything. I will continue to eat here as long as the masks stay OFF.

I’m a pregnant customer with raging emotions and cravings. I came to Taco Bell and ordered the grande nacho box with no beans and no guacamole. I’m glad they can read no beans but why can’t they read no guacamole? I HATE GUACAMOLE. The best part was I came 40 mins before closing and stayed in the drive through for like 20 and it takes me 20 mins to get home so I didn’t even realize it until I got home and am so upset because now they’re closed and can’t answer the phones so I’m writing this review instead but will still be calling in the morning.

Stale tacos and terrible food. Expect digestive problems. Better off using the 5 or 10 you'd spend here and go get something else. This location has gone downhill for me lately.

Came thru at around 1230am. Ordered 1 crunchy taco meat cheese sour cream, 1 mild sauce 1 hot sauce. Simple order, no cars in line. At the window made sure to ask if my sauces were in bag and was assured they were. When I left there was only 1 hot sauce. I realize this was a simple mistake but when I called the store and asked for a manager to inform he
Was very off putting saying multiple times that I wanted a replacement for a mild sauce. I kept telling him I didnt want any free food or a replacement, that I just wanted to inform him that customer service was as important at closing time as it was throughout the day, and he continued to be offputting and demean me. It was very rude and I told him I would be sure to tell his gm and when I did he was like that's fine you can call him on tuesday. When I asked for his name even just his first he refused to give it. I've worked several fast food and restaurant businesses and you can at least give out your first name especially if you know you are in the right. He was not and he knew it. I highly do not recommend going to this place after hours if you are looking for any kind of customer service. Unfortunately its now the only place open in my neighborhood that late since hardee's closed earlier. At least hardees made

We just pulled through and they are advertising for breakfast till 11am and they told us they dont serve breakfast at like 10: 58. They are liers.

When it comes to chain stores and restaurants, I usually try and judge them in comparison to their other locations. This one is pretty solid besides the occasional long wait or sloppily constructed dollar burrito (hence my lack of serious complaint), and its also one of the only places open when I get off work as well.

Prompt and courteous service from Matt at the drive thru window, for fast food you can't beat Taco Bell.

Came through the drive-through for breakfast and didn’t get what I want or when I had ordered and no Receipt was given to me when I call up there to have my order corrected they want to give me attitude very disappointed when nice again at this location! I mean if you can’t understand the person ordering maybe you shouldn’t be taking orders so again thx for my messed up order!
