Taco Bell, Kansas City MO

Walked in 7 minutes before the hour to pick up a doordash, all the employee at the counter would say to me was "lobby's closed" over and over. Unbelievably rude, won't be accepting any orders for this location anytime soon.

Food was disgusting. You get old taco shells brown lettuce and burnt beans. If, you want good service stay away from the hood.

Never have i ever been able to buy my wife her favorite nacho fries because they never have them and it sucks because i pay online and they won’t substitute them so i have to wait 2-3 days to get my money back!

I pulled up 8: 30Am for breakfast. They said they're not doing breakfast with no explanation.
Pulled up a week later for dinner and they don't have fing potatoes. That's where I draw the line. Your management must be lifted to ignore these issues

I’ve been several times at this location trying to order around 12 o’clock and it’s always the same issue, they’re always cleaning the fryers and they never try to give good customer service, shame on this location!

Sat and waited for 2 tacos to be made. Took employees 15 minutes to make them cause their social life is more important. Hopefully Taco Bell isn’t paying to much hourly for this type of service

I don't ever write reviews however, this Taco Bell needs to get its stuff together. They never have anything on the menu and can’t substitute for anything missing, the orders come out wrong 80% of the time, and the costumer service is terrible. At one point they limited orders to a maximum of $10 or less. I’ve been the only customer in their drive through with no one in their lobby and it’s taken me 20+ minutes to get my order for one person on multiple occasions. They’re cinnamon twists have also tasted like chemicals several times. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this location!

Ever time we go there something wrong. Either the computer down, out of something or they are only take cash or debit card only

The food is normal taco bell here. You k ow what you're signing up for. Unfortunately this place can get extremely busy and they are currently understaffed so it can sometimes take a while to get your food. Hopefully once they are at full staff again they will be much quicker.

Great food service isn't good at all.once again fifo lobby seems to come behind drive through. But I get.hard to find good work

8: 00pm Nov. 1st 2022:
I was in line for 35 mins. So long my low fuel warning came on. The white beardy guy working the window (named either Ryan or Wyatt because his co worker yelled his name and he aggressively yelled back) he was very rude, not personable or professional at all, forgot part of my order, and refused giving any kind of coupon for me waiting over a half hr in line for FOOD THAT WAS COLD. WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG, IT CLEARLY WASNT ABOUT COOKING THE FOOD THAT WAS COLD STALE AND HARD AS A ROCK.

TLDR if you want taco bell, DO NOT go to this location. Theres a new location less than a mile from here off Bannister

Employees were very nice but their niceness was because they were on purpose messing up your order, I asked for no chipotle sauce, I asked for mild taco sauce, and on my receipt it says no chipotle sauce what do they do dump as much chipotle sauce on my burrito as possible and then give me fire taco sauce instead of mild, I tried to contact this store to speak with a manager, was told no manager on site asked for district manager's number no district managers number to give. Lobby is closed at this location which I don't know why they had a lot of cars in the parking lot with young people and them going in and out getting in their car, what were they doing in their cars, kind of odd.

I was the 4th order of the afternoon and the employee working at the window somehow confused the order with another. Fortunately I pointed out the mistake before paying for my order.
