17Today on 01 28 2022 9: 15 a.m. Wanda m took my order. Dude I don't know how it's so hard for sometake an order and repeat it I asked him for a steak crunchwrap and she gave me a sausage crunchwrap how does steak sound like sausage this is the second time they've messed up my order last time they overcharged me for two extra crunch wraps when I only told him one. This is the worst Taco Bell ever it's not hard to take an order and to make it right.
Since I live in Warrenton this is the Taco Bell I’m most likely to be disappointed in obviously. Three times now I have ordered bean burrito with no onions and all three times they have given me the burritos in the pit ready made WITH onions on them, lukewarm and dried out. Once of the three times a gentleman remade my order at no additional cost. Thank you to that guy.
Really quick service at the drive thru here. I recommend the black bean grilled cheese burrito and Mountain Dew Baja Blast!
My chili cheese burrito barely had any filling in it for the second time in a row. Also it seems like they run out of onions quite often at night time.
WORST STAFF EVER! This taco bell has gone down the f&"*king drain. DONT GO THERE! The staff is rude and disgusting. Crack heads my God. Grow up people
Went in and placed my order. Wanda the manager waited on me and not only was she pleasant, but she also made sure my order was correct when she read it back to me. She is a true professional and an asset to your company. I will be back to that location, and I hope Wanda waits on me again.
I walked in the bathroom and there was an employee peeing. It was a single bathroom, he said - sorry I should have locked it. Afterwards he left without washing his hands.
There I was. Hunger deep in my belly, rollin' out of town and lo'! Taco bell right there. I pull up, with the quickness and order that sweet new meal I haven't tried yet; the Chipotle Chalupa combo. Now this bad boi comes with a hard shell taco (which I normally don't get because they're always low on meat and filled with lettuce). This time however, my hard shelled taco was packed to the brim! I'm talking an inch of meat with the lettuce and cheese falling out the top. Oh my lord that was probably the best hard taco I ever did eat in my days. ON TOP OF THAT these new Chipotle Chalupas are SMACKING! I repeat, SMACKING! 11/10 would reccomend. See photo for dank Chalupa.
Never get my orders correct, and the restaurant smells like an unclean bathroom, the employees fight to not do their job last time i went in wouldn’t go to this tacobell ever again.
Staff very friendly and accommodating, food was great and got a free bkfst wrap to try.
Drivethru is hard to maneuver and difficult to turn around in parking lot.
Would give 0 stars but can't this location just sucks long long waits staff is rude I understand that everyone is short handed but may want to treat your customers better
This Taco Bell location in specific was a very good experience. I ordered on the app and went through the drive through to pick it up. I got a lunch item during traditional breakfast hours.
They greeted me with friendly smiling faces and small talk conversation while I was waiting. The wait wasn't too long and I was able to get on the road again.
I order complicated changes to their traditional food items and they were all exactly as I requested.
Definitely don’t use mobile ordering, the lady at pick up was rude and wouldn’t even look at my order number just told me she didn’t have it and I’d have to go back thru to order and I wouldn’t be charged since They didn’t accept the order. Obviously I was charged and when I called about it the manager said he had the order right there ready and he couldn’t help me at all with getting my money back because I have to get it from the app (I don’t have the app since I ordered as a guest online). So now I’m out $22 with no food. Super poor customer service.
Very rude employees, the food was good forgot a few things.they also need to work on the general appearance of the restaurant. None of the tables were wiped off and the floor in front of and behind the counter had filth all over it.
These people owe me more than 100$because everytime i order either something is missing or they give you wrong order. @tacobell i want someone to look into this review and reply me.we understand if they do mistakes once its fine but repeating mistakes again and again is totally BS. Last but not least every american work hard day in day out so please stop doing this for god sake. Enoughhhhh
Awful experience. They take Your money on mobile orders but won’t even check when you go to pick up - just tell you they don’t have it even though you have been charged. And no way to get money back since it’s “a third party does that”. Not a very good way to do business. ONLY recommend if you can just THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY with now goods received.
Terrible service. Charged my wife $22 on a mobile order, wouldn’t give her her order nor a refund even when she had the confirmation number for it. Would not recommend especially if you need the money you have. Service has always been bad but at least we got some kind of food. Whole new low for the terrible service we were already used to
