We ordered through the drive thru. The food was fresh and tasted great. The staff was nice and friendly. There was a small wait time but they were short staffed. To be short staffed and still be able to get the food out in a reasonable time and it be FRESH was very impressive. I visit this taco bell several times a year and I'm always pleased with their food and service.
They were rude, and ordered a fiesta potato and all the potatoes and they didn't give any fork or spoon so I had to each it with my hands. Would probably never go back here. Plenty of other better taco Bell's In the area
I visited the taco bell in Hollister Mo on my lunch break I get back to my job and my order is wrong. I called to notify the manager and she was sooooooo rude to me. I will never return!
We need the chili cheese burritos back. The chili cheese burritos are the best what happened to that
The young lady at the drive-through was absolutely amazing although our food was not that great but it's Taco Bell what do you expect.
Whatdya do when you need a quick snack for energy to keep you going? Taco Bell can take care of that. Store was clean, food came out quickly and was hot and fresh, not appearing to be thrown together. Counter service was just right. Good stuff, TB.
1230 on a Tuesday and they have the lobby closed.oh, since I was forced into the drive through I wasn't able to check my food and was back at work when I discovered they put sour cream on my food that I now can't eat.
Its a Taco Bell. With taco bell food. The staff dressed up the dinning room as best as they could for the holidays.
Everyone is hurting with staffing but the gal that rung us out I believe Daniell was, fast, polite and super sweat with my daughter.
Still prefer this over Branson locations.
Little Meat, Too much sour cream goes everywhere. Rude person at the window. Refused to give credit card receipt, said she ate it and walked away. Way to over priced for basically 3 tacos.
They just made me happy having the Mexican pizza back. Cleanliness seems to be an issue every where in Branson but my food was hot and the staff was awesome
Used drive through - always have to check bags for proper order items. Food is okay for this type of restaurant.
Avoid. There is another Taco Bell in Branson, go there. This Taco Bell just isn't worth it. They were really bad for a while there but I heard they had gotten all new staff so I decided to give them a second try, see if things have improved and while I can say they have improved, they unfortunately haven't improved enough. They do not heat the tortillas so anything served in a tortilla (90% of their food) tastes and feels noticeably stale. Most food comes out the window warm at best so by the time I get it home it's stone cold (I live reasonably close to the store) and it's pretty annoying that they can't ever seem to remember to, y'know, give me the sauces I asked for? Or ANY sauces? Napkins? Utensils?

Got the order wrong not once but twice even after reading it back correctly the second time around.
I will never eat at this taco bell again went through drive thru and spent over 20 bucks, specifically asked for beef chulupas and checked receipts before driving off because this has happened before receipt was right! So mad when I realized they were chicken no wonder so many people complain about this location how hard can it be?
Maybe it's just because they are understaffed but I always get treated horrible here whenever I try to spend my good money with them
Worst experience ever. Every table was dirty. Beverage machine broken. No napkins in customer dinning room. No sauces in customer dinning room. Kitchen floor was covered with food peices, shells, tomatoes, ground beef and who knows what else? Tacos fell out of wrappers in bag. Oh ya.and out of Pepsi!
Safe yourself aggrevation. Eat ANYWHERE else!
Understaffed and overworked employees 10 to not do very well with preparing food properly and getting things to the customer properly.
Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Finally got our order and it was wrong. Everything was loosely wrapped, tacos barely had any meat on them, way too much lettuce. I love taco bell but this one was terrible
