This business should update their business hours accordingly if they are not going to be open. At least put a sign on the door. Ridiculous.

They will not bring food outside. They’ll make you wait behind 20+.

They got a bad habit of up-charging on the Chicken and Steak when you want to substitute meat. If your product is beef but you ask for chicken instead, they're supposed to substitute meat Not add on chicken- add on is like $1.20 extra and they're not supposed to do that. But they do that here- they charge you EXTRA when you don't ask for it and Then they scam you out because you will not receive extra meat, that you didn't even ask for. #Corporate #TacoBell has a a lower price for substituting vs adding on. And this #Taco #Bell LIES about it not existing.
Worst service ever. Website and signs on door says they are open now, but when pull up to drive through they say we “decided “ to open at 930? Of you just decide on a wim to open when ever dont put signs on the door with specific times.
Also when I asked a question was told “we reserve the right to open whenever and I don’t have to come back if I’m unhappy”

Hours say open at 7 a.m, drive through at 9: 30 a.m. And they are closed.note on the speaker says apologies but we will be closing at 4: 00 p.m. On Easter sunday. Today is Monday
Waited in line for 30 min just to get home and discover that my chicken chalupas I ordered were all beef Terrible quality, tacos were soggy and falling apart and my pintos and cheese were crusty. To top it off I asked for a lot of hot sauce and there was NONE.
My hope is that you are reading this before you got stuck in line or (like me) ordered food for in-store pickup.
Like the other reviews here mentioned, the drive through here is REALLY slow. I have found that if you want Taco Bell, your best practice is to go to the one on the other side of Liberty, since you will get your food faster at that one, even if it is a further drive (trust me here, I literally timed myself on two separate occasions).
As for indoor online order pickup, well, you can’t right now since the store is closed inside. However, you can still order for indoor pickup on the app, and can’t cancel your order (that you can’t get) once you get to the store. Now I’m just waiting on a refund from corporate.
I know what you’re thinking: “well why are you giving them two stars? ! ” Because I was forced to get Chick-fil-A, who’s wonderful service has me in a good mood:).
I LOVE me some Taco Bell, but learn from my (and the rest of the reviewers) mistakes.
Bro this is probably the worst location I’ve ever been to. They hire people that have no clue what they’re doing. I try and give this place a shot cause it’s closer to my house, but from now on I will gladly drive across town to have good service and have my orders correct. Whatever girl manager their is extremely rude too. Whenever my order is wrong she talks back to me like I’m dumb or something. I really hope this location decides to make some changes.
If there is a competition for the slowest Taco Bell in the country, I nominate this location. There is no inside service, and yet, each car in the drive thru is taking over 5 minutes a piece. That is not an exaggeration.
Wouldn't let me come inside to pick up my mobile order. Told me I had to wait in the mile long drive thru, because they were "short staffed", yet 3 employees were sitting outside not doin a damn thing.
They obviously don't have enough employees. This location is soo dirty. Tables, bathrooms, floor. We were going to eat inside but decided it was cleaner in my dirty work truck. And now you order on a kiosk. Also takes a very long time to get your food.
Love this location! Very accommodating and great service. They never hesitate to make special orders for me, they get it right and they are very kind. Thanks for having breakfast!
Best taco bell I have ever frequented! Everyone there is super kind and the orders are always perfect! Even with my adjustments and substitutions! Which is why it's my go to quick stop that is always super satisfying. Thank you!
I ordered 2 quesadillas that only should have had chicken and nacho cheese on them. They added 3 cheese and jalapeno sauce on them. I specified again what I wanted and they still got it wrong and said I needed to say I don't want 3 cheese and jalapeno sauce. What stupid response is that to say to a customer?
Lack of customer service and active listening. Some of the employees are incompetent and need to be retrained on how to do their jobs.
Always friendly, when you look in the window all the cooks have a mask covering their face. Including their nose. When people feel safe to eat, its better for business.
Normally love this taco bell. But today, they got our order wrong twice. The manager, John, was not very kind and seemed frustrated with us, that we wanted our order corrected. Not impressed with their customer service
Placed an order 2hr before they closed and they dragged there feet on completing an order so my dasher left the restaurant twice. When they finally got the order ready they had the store closed and canceled our order at 1am. Terrible service and a joke of a staff clearly.
