Taco Bell, Springfield MO

The hours say 8 to 4am but when i consistently order at 11 it gets cancelled. Every single time. No matter what. Cant even complete an order. Seems as though multiple people have this experience. Will never go to another taco bell in Springfield. You guys are lazy and you go against your own company rules Nor do any of you care. These reviews all sound the same yet you all havent improved. What a joke

Over a 30 minute wait for an online order. The lady at the front is very rude. I don’t understand what happened to customer service and a concern for customer satisfaction.

Diarhea was fast and furious, cleaned me out like drain and prunes.powerful magic here. Ended my three week constipation streak with three stained walls and one less pair of pants. 10/10

Worse experience and yes I did have my fair share of words because the lack of service there. I ordered a coffee which is more than a tea and received a tea. 2nd problem showed up doors were locked couldn't grab and go like I wanted I had to go through drive through wait because their system was down. But my order was already paid for so what am I waiting for. Then I was told not to return because of their lack of customer service. Then I did say I order for myself but the name on the order was my husband. Instead of saying oh I see you did order can you make sure the name is right no she tells me I don't have an order as I show her my order from the app. Sorry worst experience and never returning. You did not have to tell me I'm not returning I already wasn't because of the lack of customer service. Were was the manager and if it was she needs to have another manager.

There's nothing good to say about Taco bell period! Stopped in to get a couple of spicy potato tacos but what got was just garbage. The tortillas were old dry and the 3 little potatoes the put in the tacos were so hard that I couldn't eat the tacos!

Always like ordering here on drive thru or mobile. Short wait for food. Good staff, friendliest Taco Bell!

They enjoy closing the eating area an hour early and taking 5 minutes to answer the drive through. Foods fine tho. Happened twice

They don't keep the doors open half of the time and the door is always locked in the evenings no lobby access and no access to the restrooms incase someone has to use it, not sure what new policies they may have but locking up the lobby from patrons isn't the way to treat customers forcing them to go through drive through when there are gonna be times they rather sit in the lobby and eat.

I have been walking for the majority of the day and I stopped in to cool off. I met one of the workers here her name was Natasha. Just wanted to compliment her work ethic. She has amazing customer service and great work ethic. I just wanted to give her five stars on customer service and work ethic

My husband placed a mobile order before 9 and they didn't open like they have posted. He waited 10 minutes and then had to leave. They put order received and still ended up charging us for the meals.

Manger Shawn decided to swear at me after drive threw window closed than when he realized I heard him he ran away to the lobby so I couldn't confront him.

I live close to this taco bell and have eaten here quite a few times.this is the absolute worst taco bell in town.my food is wrong all of the time.this last time they barely gave me any fries when I ordered a large and would not add the fries to a burrito as you can on the app and literally any other taco bell.this place SUCKS.

I came through about 445pm the day that the Mexican pizzas came back and ordered 2. I love right around the corner and like to frequent and spend money. Called to tell the restaurant either the tortillas were stale and or the oil was not changed.

AMANDA answered the phone and was completely rude. Me and 39 of my friends will now never eat there again! And thanks to the rotten food I have an upset stomach last night.
Disappointed. I used to live living close to a taco bell.more like taco hell.

This location stated open til 3 am I got there at 2: 30 and they said they were closed that's b******* to close your business 30 minutes before you're supposed to be closed because people still need to eat at that time in the morning too if you're going to close early you should update that on the app or the maps very dissatisfied

Not sure what’s changed recently… but the crunchy taco shells taste and smell either very stale, or like there is a weird chemical taste to them. I’ve always thought the food was okay here for fast food but something is off.

It's a taco bell, so you have to moderate expectations. I ordered 2 things, they were made quickly, accurately, and had the perfect ratio of fillings, which is always appreciated. Using their app is a breeze after the update, and it's way cheaper to order through the app too

This taco bell should fire and rehire a new staff! My orders have been wrong about 4 times but what happened a few days ago was unacceptable. I ordered Doordash and got my usual 3 crunchy supreme tacos and one soft. I could smell the stale odor of the shells and something else very odd. I took a bite and it was old stale shells but could taste and smell a light chemical taste. I tasted another taco and was sick to my stomach. I actually had a bitter taste in my mouth. I called and a very rude woman stated she was the manager but didn't know how to issue refunds and that their taco shells are never old! (Lies) She quickly hung up on me. I called a couple times and no one answered. Finally a man answered and immediately knew who I was stating he was the manager. I told him about a weird chemical taste and stale odor. He said "that's not from the taco shells but from the lettus! " I was shocked and asked why? He realized what he said and denied saying it then hung up on me. He actually called me back after I couldn't reach anyone or knowing what he told me. He was SO SO rude telling me "I have a cash refund but you have to come get it.otherwise I'm not helping you" I explained I could not come get it and to please refund my card or I'll contact corporate office. He immediately hung up on me again. Doordash credited my card within 5 minutes of speaking with a very nice lady.
I've had previous issues with them messing up my orders and food that has hardly any meat, lettus or not supreme tacos etc.
Bottom line I was shocked at how they treated me and the food is never correct! I wonder if they did something to my food and warn anyone if they smell or taste something odd it may be an additive to keep the lettus from going bad. Horrible people working there and I would never buy food there!

I enjoy this Taco Bell. The store is always clean and the crew is always friendly and helpful! Also the bathroom is always clean!

My orders are always right when I receive it wether I’m in drive through or dining in and the food is always hot and wrapped nicely!

I recommend this Taco Bell for all 3 meals and snacks through the day!

It is what it is. Everything on the menu taste basically the same minus a few ingredients here there. We really have to like Taco Bell to be able to eat there. I do not always like Taco Bell but occasionally I do but when I eat it it reminds me of why I quit eating it

They are always so so kind. I love going to this Taco Bell i literally always leave smiling
