14Drew and Jon where awesome at at answering all of my questions I had about the food that I was ordering and not making me feel rushed and not another number on the screen. And also John thank you for your compliment that you gave me this morning I was trying a new look and it really gave me the extra boost of confidence I needed for the day. Drew, thank you for being so cheery and upbeat and patient with me I really appreciate it and it made a good impression on me for sure and it really started my day off with another positive note I appreciate your guys attention to details and positivity thank you for giving me a good experience by the way both of these employees were working the morning shift. I don't know if they're normally morning shift or not but for the reviews sake they were an a.m. Shift.
Love the taco bell on 152 better. Female young Employee talking loudly so everyone could hear disrespectfully about people with backpacks and/or homeless people very inappropriately. No professionalism or integrity at all. Food wasn't very good.
We observed a group of five young people actually operating as a fine, well organized group. Taking care of their customers and producing complete and accurate orders. In the fast food world, this is such a rarity these days that it was an actual pleasure to observe. I hope their employer recognizes their dedication for working New Years Eve and still having exceptional attitudes.
Ordered online and it was just ready when I got there. Great service and food was hot and tasted great.

Incomplete order and the order that was in the bag was not wrapped properly so all of the continents were in the bag and not in their shells. Zero attention to detail.
Do not charge me for extra cheese and then give me less than regular cheese. Do not ask me what sauces I want and put none in the bag.
Im a DoorDash saw food on Counter. Called Taco Bell they won’t bring it out or unlock door. Wanted me to go to a 15 + car drive-thru. I’m NOT delivering Customer food Cold and Late. They need to keep Doors unlocked for Delivery Drivers. I did Drop both Orders.
Decided to try breakfast. Coffee machine not working, no sausage, etc. Got out of car and told the three cars in line behind us. We all drove away.
This place is ridiculous I get stuck in the middle of the line because you can only order a Mexican pizza with mobile app, this place is ridiculous now I'm stuck in a line of five cars
The employees at this location are extremely rude. They claimed their debit card machine wasn't working in the drive through, but it was in the lobby.
They didn’t bother to put the sign saying that at the entrance of the drive through though. There is no option to back out so I had to sit and wait over 20 min for the cars ahead of me so I could drive through.
I asked at the window for the manager or her number. They refused to give it to me. And one of the employees flipped me off.
I can only imagine the horrible things they do to the food. I highly recommend avoiding this nasty location.
Okay so this taco bell is usually good on the actual food but we just went through and one of the girl workers there i think she was a manager with dark brown hair and a bun. She was talking to a new person very rudely basically yelling at him and throwing things, I really hope better management is found because it was sad to see the workers getting treated poorly.
Horribly unprofessional when taking the order I was cut off multiple times because they were talking to someone else. Very slow as well.
Absolutely awful customer service. The manager you have at this location is a joke. Handed wrong bag of food at drive thru. Upon arriving back to correct issue, manager was extremely rude. Told him this bag of food isn't right bag and his response was "Looks right to me" without ever looking in bag. Definitely need new management here
