20Unfortunately this place is awful at this point. I had ordered from here and when I got home with my order I found that all of my burritos were destroyed by whoever had made them. They were in pieces, ingredients slung all over the wrapper, and many ingredients were missing. I thought maybe they just had new people. But with every burrito destroyed like that, and a good $30 wasted, I felt it necessary to call and at least let them know they were made wrong. I called up there and thankfully the manager was amazing. She offered me to replace the order. She instructed me to show up and say that the general manager had said it was okay to be remade whenever I can make it back up there. I kept my receipt as I had planned on going back up there in a few weeks. So two weeks go by, I show up and explain what's up and they tell me it's been too long. That it's been over a month. But obviously it hasn't. It's been just over two weeks. However, I didn't want to press the matter as I was extremely embarrassed and wasn't getting anywhere with the employees. I waited a few weeks to go back as I thought maybe they had straightened things out. Surly if there were new employees then they would be trained by now. I am only ordering fairly simple burritos. I made sure to go when they weren't busy so maybe they would make them right. But no, they're destroyed. The ingredients were mixed between two different burritos. The tortillas were all ripped. Only half were grilled even though I had ordered them all grilled. I've wasted so much money here at this point. I don't even feel comfortable calling as I don't want to be embarrassed like that again. I understand its fast food. I understand people are overworked and underpaid. But this treatment is very disrespectful to paying customers. Yeah it's just taco bell but to some of us it's all the money we have for a special treat. I won't be returning which is unfortunate because I loved this place.
Order not correct and missing food.best thing was the asst.manager, her attitude was super and gave no attitude.just apologies and ready to make it right. Thank You
I ordered a chicken quesadilla to go and when I open it all there was, was a burnt tortilla it has no cheese or chicken
Incompetence is the only word I can think of. Ordered inside and waited 25 mins for food only to not get the entire order. Absolutely unacceptable.
Mobile order was filled with wrong drink, sugar drink versus sugar-free. Staff made no effort to correct problem also did not even know the sugar-free was out when they were asked to correct the problem.
Do not trust for sugar sensitive or diabetic
Food and service were good, I went through the drive thru so I can't rate the atmosphere
Foods still decent and they are getting alot of business. So they must be doing something right. Except for a few that have been there a min. It's always new faces. Must be rough?
Asked for mild sauce multiple times, didn’t get any. Girl proceeded to run away from the window. She acted like I was speaking an alien language. Worse than every blue springs Taco Bell, including the Ken-Taco bell
Ordered food from here last night.
Someone forgot to change the grease because my Mexican pizza shell tasted rancid and I’m still sick from it today. I guess it’s a good thing they forgot to include the cinnamon twists I ordered as they too would have been fried in rancid grease. Disgusting. Never again.
Very unhappy with the lady in the drive through. She was very impatient and kept asking is that all! Like I can't have a larger order from the drive through. Let the manager know and they laughed about it. My order was also not complete! No Thanks
Tables were dirty so we had to wipe them off to sit down. Tacos were cold, nacho fries were cold.
It was awful experience we got attitude from the girl cashing us out because my chip reader was broken once we got our food it was all made poorly and carelessly and then was given attitude when asked for sauce and was told they were out as he shut the door on us before we could even ask for a different option awful experience coming from a previous employee they could do so much better
Idk why they're even open since they obviously don't want to do their jobs. Y'all haven't ever got one order right. Gonna hafta request a $30 refund because I'll be damned if I drive back up there.
Got our order wrong. Have been calling for them to make it right and no one can answer the phone either.
DO NOT go here unless you want to go through the drive through a minimum of 2 times. Consistently will not include everything in your order. Not just a side or cheese dip but ENTIRE MEALS. You will ALWAYS have to pull over from the drive through and check your order then get BACK into the drive through lane just to get your order. It's the only thing you can count on from this place; a hassle.
I'm picky. So maybe it's just me. But they don't take the time to spread the toppings about right and you end up with all your stuff lumped in the biddle and nothing in some bites. Not every time but the last couple times it was poorly prepared.
Ate breakfast inside and the dining area floors and tables were dirty from night before. No coffee available and no napkins in lobby had to ask for them. Food okay. Staff not welcoming.

I had to select 1 star because it wouldn't let me choose 0 stars. Put a order in through doordash and had a scheduled delivery for my party 5 hours in advance. They text me 20 minutes from when it was suppose to be done saying they can't fulfill my order. Talk about bad management. Someone needs to be reprimanded. Cooperate will be contacted about this
They have an issue getting orders right causing me to have to check to go orders before driving off.
