20The two folks the had working drive thru were great. I've seen them a few times over the past weeks. Always cutting up with each other and spreading good cheer to their customers.
Literally the only good Tacobell. This is what Tacobell is supposed to taste like, said my kid. 5 stars big Ups to the staff.
The first Taco Bell experience I’ve had in a least 6 months in all of St Louis that was what it was supposed to be. Quick, easy, not rude, and got my food right. On top of that the food was actually made correctly with everything each food item was supposed to have. I know this seems like something that is the base line minimum for fast food. But trust me in STL, EVERY SINGLE FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Other than apparently this one single location. Save the trouble and drive out of your way if you want taco bell. Thank. FREAKING. God.
“Open until 12: 00am” apparently means have your intercom system state that you’re closed at 11: 45pm. I can understand that this is a very busy location, but what are your workers really that lazy that they can’t take orders 15 minutes before close?
I’ll be getting in touch with the owners; I’m sure they’d like to know how much money they’re missing out on.
So I went here at 11: 30 and they closed when they say they open till 12 after we waited in line for 20 mins and the last time I was there they didn’t give me 2 quesadillas they worker need help!
Check your bag or they will short you on food!
Ordered the Crispy Cantina Melt box and the Deluxe Cravings box. Instead of boxes we received our food stuffed in a taped up bag. Didn't think much of it but when I got home I found that they shorted us not only the Chalupa but the nachos as well. Can't say that it was the first disappointing experience I've had at this location.
Literally never gets my order right. Ask for extra cheese, get less than the regular amount. Ask for cheese quesadilla, get a chicken one. Just avoid this location honestly.
Prices are through the roof I don’t even go to Taco Bell no more they can keep their tacos for those prices Just for five things is $25 that’s crazy I just left the drive-through

This place used to be mediocre but now its not even worth going to. I kept giving this place a chance figuring it was just a bad shift but i dont think anyone in there cares anymore.
Drive thru line extremely long and staff unpleasant and rude. Rather be laughing and goofing off than helping customers. Sat in drive thru line for 40mins.
We showed up at 11: 30 and the guy working wouldnt take our order and said they were closed when it says they were open 8am-1am daily

I ordered online and was charged. When I showed up in the drive thru no one acknowledged me. I had to knock on the window to get someone to speak to me (they could see me and had ignored me for a full five minutes). I was initially yelled at. When I explained I had already paid and I asked for a refund I was told they closed early, had no food and no staff, and that I should call the app for a refund. Of course, the website has no telephone number listed. I understand places are having a hard time with supplies right now and with finding workers. Had the manager just acknowledged my presence and explained the situation when I pulled up to the speaker, instead of ignoring me and hoping I would leave, this could have gone much better.
They are completely disregarding their food timers, and it is a consistent issue for the past 5 visits / 18 months. Chalupa shells are stone cold, lettuce tastes moldy, power bowls are horribly made, etc. I've worked fast food for 5+ years, so I am pretty gracious over one-off bad experiences.sometimes you have a bad shift and customers get poor food. I get it. But I will not be back to this location.
Open till 2am? ! Compete bs. Ordered my food on mobile app. Sat by the window for 15 minute, then called them. Someone answered and told me they are closed but my ordered went through. Also had several other people in line waiting for their ordered. Don’t bothered going to this location.
Drive thru incredibly slow. Doing DoorDash and trying to make money and had to wait in the line for 20 minutes when there was only 4 cars
Long drive thru wait times and the food is declining.
Maybe if taco bell made tic toks on how to make a burrito the loosely labeled chef would not put the ingredients so one side has lettuce and other side is all cold unmelted cheese.
Just close up if you can't get up to par.
Nearly every time I go half my order is missing and when I come back they give me the old food they didn’t put in the bag in the first time

Online says open till 2 a.m. We sent our mobile pick up order and it went through. Pull up and call at 10: 30. They gave attitude, accused us of being high and didn't serve us. We had a line of cars behind us and saw orders on the screen waiting to be made.
Prices are always good at Taco Bell. Food was quick and accurate to the order. I had placed 2 orders on the app and they were both out lickety-split and served with a smile. Their rewards build quickly too, so all around good service. I got 2 items free from my rewards!
