Taco Bell, Eureka MO

I got a taco bell taco tasted like tasty taco and crunchy in my mouth with hot sauce taste better not that spicy when I ate all taco and got bahama blast slushie mmm

Dont waste your time with breakfast pulled into drive thru and they did not respond then i seen the employees goofing off when i got frustrated and left

Food was good and hot. I liked my order but I don't know what that new taco is called. Husband tried the cheesy burrito. Liked a lot, but burrito would not stay in his hands. It was like it melted thru his fingers.

I personally would not recommend this Taco Bell I went to get breakfast this morning and they said that they do not have breakfast and they're just service in general is not that great So explain to me how you guys serve breakfast till 11 while leasters supposed to and yet they don't have breakfast

The service here sucks, the dining area is dirty, i have only gotten my order correct maybe three times here, and the drive thru lady does not listen and with as many bad experiences that I have had here. It's sad that I would rather go to Pacific than go to the eureka one that is two minutes from my house.

Update: This place never fails to disappoint. Attempt to go back to this location service was slow, but can't really blame the company or the employees that are working. Un fortunately no one wants to work so every company is suffering in that department. Anyways, I ordered a number 4 (crunch wrap meal) the crunch wrap tasted like it was made yesterday and reheated. The part that is supposed to be crunchy was soggy and the lettuce was as well. All the food has a weird taste to it (compared to the taco bell off hyw K and 70). I don't know what it is about this place, but someone might need to call the health department. And the owners of this company never follow up with unsatisfied customers to try and resolve the issues.

Only have drive-thru service today. First time in a long time on any fast food experience where we received what we ordered. Excellent food it was hot would recommend it highly.

This Taco Bell is terrible! There was a long line of cars. And we were all waiting forever to order. But the employees that were working refused to take anyone’s order in the drive-through. They sat at the window ignoring everyone for at least 30 mins. Everyone eventually drove off. Whoever owns this place needs to step up and get decent employees, or just shut down!

Manager is an AWFUL individual who needs to be fired ASAP. My girlfriend and I were both refused service at this location and had vile things said to us. This behavior is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Both the manager and the night staff deserve to lose their jobs. There’s a reason these incompetent low lives work at Taco Bell. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. The ratings alone prove this place needs to be SHUT DOWN.

I showed up at the drive through at 10: 05 and sat there for ten minutes. There are staff cars and I can see food made inside but the staff seems to be hiding and refuses to show themselves. Seriously not a good sign.

Drove off without ordering. Short staffed so only doing drive through one order per car. I had a car of multiple teens who were ordering their own food.

Just another garbage fast food joint. You’ll wait forever and still get food that was made a week ago. Got a taco that looked like it had crusty black beans for meat. Thank good I checked when I put hot sauce on it.

Always a wonderful experience, especially compared to another taco bell nearby (cough cough, pacific). Employees are always very friendly and quick.

The man at the window was very rude. I went during happy hour the line was long and they were short handed. I tried to give him the benefit but I ask him 3 times about the happy hour drinks. It showed up as a large freeze I ordered a medium he said it was not the happy hour price. It was at 2: 07 on a Friday afternoon I took it paid 3 dollars for it and said on the sign says medium he said no it’s the small. What ever is what he said. If the line wasn’t so long I would of taken a picture and showed him.

So glad they came back with nacho fries love those things service was great thank you fellow truck driver you know what I'm talkin about the worker that was there don't remember your name but love to service y'all have a good one

The food I got was correct and good, however after working a 15 hour day, it was frustrating to get home and find items missing. This is not the first time. Maybe the kid riding around on a cart and playing on his phone could have been better utilized as someone preparing food or checking the accuracy of the orders.

Amended as I sent my son back to get the missing item after trying to reach them by phone for 30 minutes.

They gave him issues about the order. Got it home and the item was still incorrect.

I love the chalupa. One of my favorite fast food spots The service was fast and very friendly. I like to go to this taco bell after spending to much at six flags.lol.

This Taco Bell is the cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been to. The service is exceptional and my order is always correct which is unique in the fast food industry.

Fresh food Everytime we go. Although each time they have forgotten at least one part of my order even after I ask them if they got it all.

This location closes WAY before their schedule says. This gets especially frustrating when you order on the mobile app where it says "Open", but you arrive and their lot is pitch black and the sign is turned off. They don't have enough people half the time, so they just chill outside with the drive through headset on, telling people "We don't have enough staff right now, you'll have to come back later, sorry. " Which I completely understand because wage workers are at a premium right now, but the store shouldn't be allowed to operate at all if they don't have correct management and staff on the clock. Their customer service is almost always wonderful, however. I have noticed a significant decrease in drive through wait times, which is outstanding. Overall a great location for Taco Bell, but the store hours are not accurate as they should be.
