Taco Bell, Ballwin MO

We have basically just started pretending this taco bell isn’t there. Last few times have had everyone pull around the building and then bring out orders randomly calling out possible food items in the bag. Nothing wrong with the food once we got it, but the wait isn’t really worth it

Open your lobby when you say you're open. I didn't eat here since my vehicle doesn't work with drive thru

I was in drive thru for 12 minutes one car in front of me with $14.00 order. I was told hold, after 12 minutes I drove off they never took my order this is third time in 2 weeks, time to close this one down. I called to complain they were laughing manager tiffany.

Service was fast and great
And the bean burrito was the best I had competitive to other Taco Bell’s

The kids love taco bell. But after waiting MORE than 35 minutes for our meal when we were the only one in the store is unacceptable. Especially since we didn't even get our correct order - we were still missing 2 items.
After we ordered more people came in. All just as frustrated by the slowness. One man left without his order.
We have always called this taco bell the "slow" taco bell. We generally go out of our way to avoid because of this. But we were attending an event nearby, so that's where we went. Unfortunately.

At night they tend to close early or they only offer very limited service. I came to the drive-thru to order one night, and they told me that they were taking DoorDash orders only

Only appear to ever have no more Than 2 employees per shift. Takes 10+ minutes per order. Because they have never have enough employees working

Just don’t care no manners and how does this place even function. This place is nothing what it use to be

The place have to some good parking spots, the restaurant is always clean, they have to the drive troght, they have a big variety of the food, close by is the fire department.

Worker told us we had to use the self service check out but the people who followed us in we checked out at the register. Workers were rude

This was the best food I have ever had at taco bell and Dante was by far the best employee I have had server me. Thank you and will definitely be coming back to this taco bell.

This store is a joke never get anything on time and then tonight I was told to wait in the pick up area and they would bring it out just to have them completely forget I was even outside and then you can’t call cuz the phone is off the hook and u got back thru the drive through just to be told to park again will NEVER be back…

Customer service is really bad. App says they are open until 1 but they close at 10. I put in a mobile order, got charged, for it and when I showed up the place was closed and my order was gone but I still got charged. I reached out to the store and they said they would refund the order and to come to the store. When I got there they said they would not refund my order even when I showed them the receipts even though prior to this they said they would refund the order if I came to the store. The staff openly admitted that they are close to shutting this location down permanently and “that they don’t really care”
