21The cashier in the drive thru was super friendly and had a very welcoming voice over the speaker. It made me want to spend money lol. To top it off my order was ready quick and accurate. The food was nice and fresh. Thank you young lady for a friendly encounter!
I ordered the same meal three times tonight and they got it wrong every single time until I just gave up.
When we got to the restaurant three cars were in front of us we waited about ten minutes, when we tried to order the lady snapped at us and told us it was only mobile order, I was very confused because I had just seen the cars in front of us order. When we asked why, the lady very rudely told us the computer was down. I get that this happens sometimes, but she didn't need to be rude about it. I love Taco Bell but that experience just upset me.
Another meh meal. Ordering at the kiosk YAWN. My wife tried the new taco. It was stuck to the paper so that sucked. Took too long to get order despite not being busy
I made a simple suggestion to put a sign up so customers can find the kiosk and the girl started yelling "we have them by the door so you can see them and you don't have to tell me how to do my job". Somebody needs a Manger running the restaurant. I don't really know that I was telling her how to do her job. You don't see the kiosks as you pass them, they are set back into the wall. Other Taco Bells kiosk are free standing in the open. Hope she doesn't run off all the customers. A group of 8 were eating in while she was yelling.
I went to this location One morning and there was only one person working. It was a lobby full of people and in a moment were she could have been frustrated with the amount of overwhelming people in the lobby, she worked very quickly and remained claim even when the customers were being rude and impatient towards her. She smiled and just said I'll be right with you. She apologized to each customer for the wait and offered drinks to those who were waiting that didn't order drinks. Not gone lie read the reviews and thought about not giving this place a try. However I'm glad I did. Because my food was awesome and fresh.
There is a yoing black female employee working here that has a major attitude problem and thinks she runs tacobell. I have come in when compiters were down (no signs saying so) waited at the counter and had to yell for someone after a few minutes. Said employee came around the back clearly high and said computers were down. O come in today aug. 9. And she is talking super loud on bluetooth and cussing up a storm while her poor coworker is the only one really working. I guess taco bell is so desperate they will let someone like this run their establishment. I recorded it because it was so crazy to see.
Twice they've done this now, they don't give me any cheese on my nachos. It's literally nachos.i'm charged extra for chicken for there to be barely any, and there's practically nothing else on there.literally no toppings.

Extremely rude management and no knowledge of the app and how it works. I selected to pick up my food in the drive thru and was yelled at, by the manager, when I pulled up to go to the parking spot because mobile orders are only completed when customers park in the mobile order parking spot. This is not true and I have never had this issue at any other Taco Bell I’ve visited and I have always ordered thru the app and picked up in the drive thru. I will NEVER come back to this location.
New management has taken over this location and it shows. Friendly fast service. I'm not sure what other people have experienced here but each time I visit it is always worth the trip. I've noticed how rude customers are to the workers and feel entitled when they don't get there way. It's not always the staff. I've seen it 1st hand. Food is always great and always a pleasant vibe in the store.
This place is so ghetto and so are the staff. This is st Charles not north county. Will not return to this location. They should close the place down. Didn’t even order. I walked out.
Wasn't able to get food because I sat at the speaker for 5 mins & nobody greeted me, no sign saying if the speaker was broken or not (which I would understand) so I went to the one down the street.
Lame
I have tried and tried again with this location. Maybe they're better at the KFC side of things, but I always go with Taco Bell. I always end up with the wrong receipt, sometimes I have the wrong food or extra food (not a problem for me, but whoever's order they messed up!). The hard tacos always have a weird taste and are always stale/busted - their specialty. Good luck to you if you take a chance on this store.
To the employee that open the drive thru window to curse me out on July 16th around 9: 15pm then say she will call the police because she was called lazy by me. BECAUSE SHE LIED and said she was the only one working so she only taking door dash. BUT 2 OTHER EMPLOYEES WAS LAUGHING AT THE WINDOW WITH HER.it's sad how this is constant now and upper management does NOTHING but they are so overworked and under paid.no YOU ARE LAZY AND FEEL ENTITLED and store management has allowed this behavior far to long it's gotten worse after the COVID
We went through drive thru. The total was $4.23. Gave them a 20 dollar bill. The lady told us she didn’t have enough change was that okay…So we were going to be shorted. 77 cents. Maybe that’s okay with other people but not with us. What kind of business are you running there in St Charles Taco Bell?
Nachos fries with cheese sauce are DELISH. Try them. I'm serious! Do it. Are you getting them? Try them now.
Came into order and have a nice meal with the family. Rudely told to order at kiosk. When we got our food tacos were falling apart, and sloppily assembled. Had to remind the chick behind the counter that we ordered four drinks not three.
Idk if this was a hook up or what.but I ordered a bean burrito and they put taco meat in it.or it's just really bad, past do beans.
This is not store specific. Ordered through the taco bell app for delivery. The store bever recieved my order and staff said there was nothing they can do on their end. Taco bell app said order was cancelled but never refunded me. I have contacted taco bell through the website 3 times with no response. This was 17 days ago.
Awful costumer service. Ran out of chicken, tomatoes, rice, and large cups. Didn't offer a refund or free item for the inconvenience. And shoved just about 30 misc tacos, chips, cheese, and sauce all into one big bag. No separation, no organization, and incredibly inconvenient to carry.
