20It's toco bell. Some of it's good other things I don't care for. Mostly I think their prices are to high for what they are. Stopped there because it was what the kids wanted.
Will not eat here anytime soon. I thought hard shell tacos are suppose to be crunchy.these weren't half of the taco was soggy. And the bean burrito tasted OLD. What a waste of $$
Well the older guy who I believe is the manager I think his name is Jeff was very nice, every time I go in for lunch he's friendly and gives a free beverage. Better than any other taco bell I've been in. Thanks. Jeff
Nixa Toca Bell is hit and miss. Just like mose places, they have their good day's and bad day's. Staff is supper friendly, Matt the guy working the front counter was a super star, running the front counter, helping in the kitchen, and had our food out fast and fresh
Ordered a chicken quesadilla on DoorDash with a side of sour cream. Got a cheese with so much sour cream inside of it that it was seeping out every time I took a bite. It was so gross I only ate 2 bites and then had to throw it away. Definitely getting corporate complaint as this isn’t the first time.
We ordered a box of hard shell tacos 12 of them extra cheese extra tomato gotten either we found out after we got home that there was just a little bit of hamburger and barely any cheese called the store and said if I come in he’ll let me have my tacos again but who likes tacos two days in a row.
I’m gonna be calling Taco Bell’s corporate offices this is ridiculous they don’t make these look like the ones they do on TV that’s for sure. I don’t think you’ll ever eat at Taco Bell again.
Oh my goodness this place turn me into a rocket. I grabbed a hold of the toilet seat and I said three two one let's go and next thing I knew I was blasted off into space.
The incompetence here is amazing. Last experience was all cold food, several items missing from order. The time before that at least the food was warm but items were missing from there order.
Tried the new Ghost Ranch Burrito. I enjoy spice items but the amount of sauce was way over board. Nothing like eating a glob of sauce then dying inside. The sauce should add flavor to burrito not over whelm.
We had got four boxes of tacos from there and all of them had very little of anything in them I'm no complainer but this was ridiculous I truly could not understand why they would serve this to us it was truly heartbreaking just a couple of crumbles of meat and like ten strands of lettuce maybe 1/8 of the shell was full this was 36 tacos like this I had guest over and they where what is this so I had to go buy pizza instead
Fantastic experience here! The guy working there gave us free drinks just because. Food was phenomenal. Looking forward to coming here again.
Will not be returning here! Bean burrito with extra onion was barely any beans and a ton of onion about 3" long. 4 crunchy and 2 soft tacos and none were properly wrapped so cheese and lettuce all over my car and had to search for the meat. Mexican pizza covered in tomato with almost no cheese and no fork. We also did not get any napkins or taco sauce. Do NOT recommend.
I never get good food from here. Just ordered a steak quesorito and most of the rice is crunchy. Not to mention the char bits from the grill that probably doesn't get clean was all over my food. Sour cream was still cold even after grilling.
I placed a simple order, and ask for a handful of mild sauce, like basically everybody does. They confirmed that I wanted a handful of mild sauce, even put it on the screen, and it was printed on my receipt. I got five minutes away back to work, and there was no sauce in the bag. I still had plenty of time on my lunch break, and I like having sauce on my burritos, so I drove five minutes back, got in line, and told them that they forgot the mild sauce that I asked for and that was on the receipt. The worker simply told me to pull around to the window so that I could get some, then handed me a handful of mild sauce. No acknowledgment whatsoever of their mistake that cost me an extra 15 minutes of my lunch break. No apology at all. Quite disappointed.
Edit: The tortilla for my soft taco was also stale and literally crumbled in my hands as I tried to eat it. Got taco guts and sauce all over my lap in my car even with the wrapper catching some of it.
Twice now we ordered taco Supreme to get just tacos. They ask us what sauce we want and we got none. Won't go for the third strike.

This was a mutual issue through DoorDash and Taco Bell. I ordered my meal through DoorDash. And got someone else’s order. Not a big deal they can just refund money so I can reorder. So I reordered my meal and all good, until I got it and realized that it was the same order from an hour before and it was ice cold, and missing items. So DoorDash says they can refund half of the meal. So I paid half of the cost of a meal that got thrown in the trash. Thanks Taco Bell for sending quality food. And thank you DoorDash for taking care of it and making it right.
Ordered chalupas and the shells were not prepared the way they should have been. The shells were soft and flimsy as if it wasn't tossted or cooked.
I eat taco bell on a weekly bases (about 3-4days a week) I am from Springfield. Iv been to a lot of locations. But this one was fantastic from the start! And iv never had the nixa stores taco bell. I ordered doordash pickup. And they was fast to respond and prepair. I was nervous becaus the 7layer burrito has been discontinued. So I always order a burrito and then add the other 7 ingredients but I'm used to having to rebuild the burrito becaus the way the stack the layers. It's nasty you only get one ingredient in each bite. So 1st bite rice then it comes to sour cream next bite so on and so forth. But this location I immediately could tell it was stacked differently. There was all 7 ingredients in each bite. It's the best one iv had yet. Not to mention they was very high spirited over the intercom. Which completely sets the mood for that visit. Normally if you pull up it's a dull voice they dont sound happy to even be at work. But not this location! I was immediately happy and Because I knew at the window that worker was going to be cheerful and excited to have me as a customer. And they smiled slot. I'm very thankful. My brother passed Christmas Eve and this order made my whole night! I needed a upbeat person. And they was exactly that. You have no idea how much this one burrito helped me mentally with greaving a loved one. May god bless you and all your families
