Taco Bell, St. Louis MO

I ordered 4 tacos and they gave me 2, after i told them i have to wait 10-15’ for the other 2, they I opened the bag they gave wrong taco, but I didn’t feel like go back and wait for them to change again

I wish I could give them zero stars. Service is horrible! You pull up they say " Taco Bell " that’s not how you service anyone! Bag was ripped up and look how they placed the cheese in here! Potatoes extremely hard! Just ew gross

Went in to order. Placed my through the kiosk. Stood by the counter. A gentleman was standing there looking at menu, I mentioned to him he had to order at kiosk he was thankful I told him. I waited at counter for 25 minutes before anyone came over. The drive thru moved right along. I was asked if I ordered through kiosk, I said yes 15 minutes ago. Please, have the courtesy to look at the orders that are coming through the kiosk and not just the drive thru.

I never bother to leave reviews unless a place is god awful and I need to actually warn people. I just read a bunch of terrible reviews for this location and can vouch for each of them. I just left here after the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. Not an exaggeration nor hyperbole. My sister and I placed separate orders, about 15 minutes go by, and nothing. So I went up to the counter confused, and they acted like they didn’t see our orders. I’ve worked in the food business for years, and there is absolutely no excuse to ignore TWO orders! I’m polite anyway, and they give us our cups. 15 more minutes go by and our food finally comes out. Most of it was my sister’s order minus one thing, some of mine was missing and what I DID get was wrong, and my kids food wasn’t there at all. I go up there (mind you, it’s not even rush hour) to ask them to at least make my kid’s food and what was missing. Cool. Well, they only brought out half of my kid’s order, and nothing else so I was like, okay I still need these things and a refund for waiting so long and it still being super incorrect. The manager was acting like I was being super rude, and said something like, “I don’t want to argue, I’m being respectful” and I’m like, come on man, I just want our food and a refund to which he told me to come back tomorrow. The cook said, hey just call us tomorrow when our GM will be here, they’ll help refund you, and I’m like thank you, that was actually helpful! So that’s what I’m gonna do, and try my best to get that manager fired because, having been a fast food manager before, he was incredibly unprofessional and only made the situation significantly worse, I actually cursed at him which is SO not like me to do, especially in front of my kid, I’m still so upset that he provoked me to point of doing that, I cried. Tbell, fire that manager, I don’t know what his name was because he wasn’t wearing a name tag (also unprofessional from a restaurant manager standpoint, like that’s rule #1) and promote the cook, I think his name was Calvin?

Something is wrong with their fryer or whatever they make the tortilla chips in because they taste disgusting. Whether it’s the oil or the machine, the chips & taco shells literally taste the way a gas leak smells. As soon as I bit into a chip & then my taco, it was overwhelming. Please look into this because it’s enough to make a person sick. It tastes like poison.

I don't usually go to Affton Starbucks because they are so busy, and kind of slow, I prefer to drive out of the way to Crestwood store. With that being said, they seem to get a little attitude when I hit the "no thanks" tip button. But I'm sorry, you are making $15+ / hr to work a drive thru window, that is not conductive to someone who works for tips.

The rolled chicken tacos were over cooked and I couldn’t bite the ends off. I asked for the red sauce and they have me 10 packets of mild.

I have been sitting in line for about 30 minutes now. When I first pulled up to the menu board I got told that their systems just went down so I was trying to drive through but the person in front of me is now stuck as they paid with cash and I guess they're growing the grains in the back to make a taco. I just wanted some rolled tacos and apparently they're too busy rolling joints or whatever the hell they're doing in the kitchen here because I'm starving and I can't go anywhere else because the drive-thru Lane is too narrow for more than one car. Please for the love of God hire some more people hire some robots to take the jobs I know and apparently wants to do at Taco Bell like serving food or cooking food. The only reason this restaurant gets one star is because I can't take Stars away from it

Very friendly staff, there's a young woman who's name I never got that worked drive through she had too be no older then 19

I ordered volcano burritos. They were cold with missing ingredients and had undercooked rice and a tough cold tortillas. I swear to God, I’d be loyal to this place forever if they get their quality control under wraps. I couldn’t even finish them they were so unappetizing. It’s a shame, because when made right I love the volcano burrito with a passion.
Update: I am slightly sick now and I am Latin, spice is not an issue for me. I love hot stuff. That is not the issue here.

Three cars in front of us placed an order, nobody behind us. When we got to the speaker a woman came on and told us "only online orders or door dash". We literally could see the previous person's order on the screen. The woman told us it was a shift change (5: 21 is an odd time for that imo) and "what do you want me to do? ". She told me I'd have to wait for everyone else to get their food in order to leave without food. Luckily nobody was behind us and I was able to back out ignoring that ridiculous request but also don't understand why she couldn't take 1 more order. Then they could lie to the next people that weren't there yet and they wouldn't know how much of a terrible lie it actually was. Just trying to feed our kid on the run.

If i could rate them a ZERO i would.absolutely horrible service.lobbys closed due to past incidents (thats another story) and they tell you to pull upfront for Door Dash and then forget about you. NEVER AGAIN!

I love TB. But today I ordered the Mex Pizza and was completely grossed out by the rancid tasting fried tortilla. The Mex Pizza used to be divine until they stopped……then started making them again. TB, please change your tortilla vendor! These tortillas suck!
Also, that guy working the drive-thru IS totally hilarious.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Chips tasted like wood chips and were in little bits all crushed up, tacos were extremely Soggy, I received a frozen quesadilla and ask for a new one I received yet again another frozen quesadilla. Workers are all very very very rude.

I cannot tell you how many Taco Bell’s disappoint me, but this is NOT one of them. They were super fast, got my order correct, and didn’t skimp on the meat. This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten at! Thank you!

They need to get different people running this place.seems like a waste of money there. The 3 times I've gone. Noone greets you or anything and u have to say hello. Been turn away 2 out of the 3 times I've tried to go. O yeah the one time I got food. All I hear was yelling.sucks

Food was tasty as usual, able to get thru the drive-thru quickly with our order being correct
