Taco Bell, Olivette MO

The three girls working the overnight shift Saturday August 26th 2023 were seriously the greatest. My fiance and I aren't from here and wound up in Overland by taking the wrong bus (conveniently the last running bus until 4: 30am) so we were on foot completely lost in the rain and they went out of their way to make sure we were okay and asked us about our situation, they let us come inside out of the rain where we ordered and ate our food. We didn't want to overstay our welcome so we went outside to figure out our next move and they went out of their way to come outside and ask us again if everything was okay. In this new world filled with rude, cold hearted people they truly were a wonderful breath of fresh air. Thank you girls for the above and beyond hospitality! Will 100% be back to this Taco Bell if we ever find ourselves in the area again! 5 stars all the way around!

Cracked shells. Barely any lettuce. All three shells cracked badly, all three had scraps of lettuce. Be careful going to this location, they obviously do NOT care about food quality.

For an owner/manager, we pulled into the drive thru at 10: 20pm THU and were told that we had to order through door dash to get food.

WAS my favorite TB. Night crew is awful. Door dash orders only at 9pm is friggin ridiculous and ascidnine.

I was SO excited when they opened up a location closer to my house. I’ve gotten from here a few times now and I always experience a mix of the same issues; 1.order is wrong 2.food doesn’t taste good (I order the same thing from other locations and there is a difference) 3.they put a ridiculously small portion in your food. I received the flattest chalupa because there was almost nothing in it which is annoying when you’re paying $5 for it.
Im over this place and will go back to traveling to the Richmond location.

The employees are friendly and nice. I like this location because the food always looks great and the service is speedy.

Thought I should leave a good review. I came today around 1 am for my pick up order and they even answered the phone when I called to make sure they were open. Nobody in line and conversation was short but my order was right and warm except I didn’t get my cinnamon twists but I assumed it was probably because it was late and they didn’t have the fryers on. I worked fast food so I completely understand that. I even swapped meat for potatoes on all my tacos and it was correct. Don’t know why this location gets so much hate!

This taco Bell location on page Avenue is the best Taco Bell. I’ve been to on the island! Jessica and Stephanie are such wonderful workers there and every time I go they treat me with such great service and I’ll never go to another Taco Bell besides the one on page Avenue just because they make it such a great experience for me whenever I go, they deserve the most praise for their contribution at Taco Bell!

These mfs couldn't get an order right ever. Always something when I get food from this place.

Drive through takes 40+ minutes during lunch. I’m currently on crutches so I called it to have my mobile drive through order canceled because you can’t do it on the app and they wouldn’t help me.

They gave us the wrong order 4 times, then when we asked for the receipt to make sure they charge us for the correct order, they said their receipt machine was broken.

The place was dirty, orders were made by mistake, then when they corrected made incorrectly again even worse. Don't recommend going to this location under current management.

Just nobody wants to do anything anymore these people today don't even want to work this one a check for free paycheck for nothing

Unfriendly service and they shorted me on my nachos. I got about 6 chips. That was my review from 3 years ago. I would like to add a comment about today, I was going to order coffee, but the gentleman in front of me order coffee and the lady really told and they don't have it. He said it was on the menu and she said well we don't carry it at this location. Then I ordered milk for my children, the lady rudely called out who ordered milk? I stated we did. She said well we don't have that here. The item was also on their menu. If you guys aren't going to have items on your menu please take them off the menu. And for two if somebody orders something on the menu that you guys don't carry, be nice to the customer. We're ordering something that we wanted that you guys are supposed to have, that is already super frustrating, then is even worse that you would be rude to the customer that you don't carry it. Your prices have already gotten outrageous, you could at least have some customer service.

I came to this Taco Bell for the kids this evening. I pulled up to the speaker to place an order after waiting in line for a long time and as I started speaking, the employee stated that she was NOT taking drive-thru orders, but only honoring DOORDASH orders. It would be nice to have that advertised before customers waste their time in line. The few cars behind me were able to reverse, but I wasn't so lucky. The irony of it all is that when everyone who wanted to place an order drove off, they had absolutely no customers.
