21Dont eat here they aren't sanitary AT ALL, I saw the worker put his dirty gloved hand on the lip of my cup and i felt sick not even a min after drinking from said cup. Maybe im having bad luck with fast food but I cant stress enough BE carful if you are black and lookin to eat out as this seems to be the intended target. Luckily my mom didn't order here as l'm am VERY NASOUS FROM NOT ONLY THIS BUT MY EARLIER MCDONALDS BREAKFAST! Again cant stress enough IF U ARE BLACK DON'T EAT FROM TAKE OUT RESTAURANTS AT THIS TIME AS IT IS ONLY SEEMS TO NEGATIVELY EFFECT BOTH MY HEALTH AND WALLET. I wont be spending anymore money at EITHER FRANCHISE DUE TO THESE HORRIFYING AND SCARING EXPERIENCES AND I RECOMMEND U DO THE SAME!
Ordered a nacho bell grande with no beans on 3 separate occasions and all 3 times I still got beans. I just wanted to enjoy a bean free nacho bowl and yall have disgraced it.
Big order of some tasty, inexpensive late night snacks. Fast service thru the drive thru. Staff were friendly. Order was correct. Can't ask for much more.
Cashier was rude over the intercom and didn’t say a word to me at the window. (Skinny brunette tattoos) no sauce for $45 worth of taco bell?
Food is great
Typical Taco Bell experience nowadays. Rude, plus did a bad job on the food. It's crazy how soggy the mexican pizza was. This is why I went from getting taco bell over 100 times a year to maybe 8 times a year. They must hate their customers and making money. Just look at the taco too! To top it all off, look at the so called chicken enchilada burrito! What is that, like 3 slivers of chicken? !? ! None of these products are worth more than 50 cents! How can they justify charging so much for such a substandard product? !? ! So pathetic!
Terrible service. Visit if you want attitude from employees. Simple job. Do your job leave the drama at home.
The female manager looks like she was on meth the whole time. Def weird how they run that store. When I called to say they made my order wrong she hung up on me.
This one is from my experience the best taco bell around st.charles by far!

No tomatoes on my taco supremes. I ordered my burrito fresco. No tomatoes on anything. Check your food to make sure it's made how you ordered it.

We ordered a power bowl with no rice or sour cream, due to dietary restrictions. Accidents happen, they made it with both. The surprising part is how the female employee handled this, she was very rude. She said she didn't see anything about it but it's literally printed on my receipt that they gave me. Sooo. Then she alleges that it didn't have rice, but I literally drove it back to you so you could see the rice. Just look at it? Fortunately Michael had two eyes & could see the plainly obvious sourcream AND rice & he made it correct & quick for me. He was apologetic & handled this all professionally. Two different experiences at once. It's not like it's convenient for me to spend my lunch driving to Taco Bell twice.

Food was cold and very slow coming. There were pre-teens running around the lobby. The employees were not real interested in doing the job.
Every time I go, the lobby is locked, and sometimes they’re closed early. The food is typically good though
I would rate a Zero if I could. I recently ordered online, and after placing my order over 30 minutes ago, my meal was NOT only not done, but also incomplete. The inside was closed and it was impossible to get my items replaced. I Will NOT be returning. I ordered almost $30 in food and not all of it was there, where are my cinnamon twists? !? !?
Lobby states they’re open at 8. According to the staff lobby doesn’t open until 11. Seems pretty misleading to me.
Food was on par with every other Taco Bell. First order came fairly quickly, second order took a very long time. Employees were nice enough. But the bathrooms were disgusting (especially the women's). It looked like the employees are incapable of using a broom because there were bits of cheese and other food everywhere. At least the food was good.
I ordered the breakfast bacon crunchy wrap, it was not good at all, it had burnt taste and not crunchy at all
Why do I have to use the kiosk if I have to go to the counter to pay anyway? Can someone explain the logic behind that?
They hire burn ours. That’s ok if you don’t care about your business. But these guys smoke dope on break then can’t even complete your order correctly.
For a place that deals with customers literally as their job description, y’all don’t seem too pleased to speak or help anyone.find a new job if you hate it so much, management, do better.
