If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I didn’t get what I asked for, and everything was not only soggy, but cold as well. Yes, it is as you would expect a Taco Bell to be. However, at least put in some effort. Worst Taco Bell I have been to. Last time I will ever eat there. Time to close shop.

My last visit to Taco Bell was the very last. Aside from the person at the window having no bra on, the food was disgusting and undercooked. The nacho chips tasted like they were fried in the worst unfiltered oil.

My father started the first Taco Bell in Independence MO- Noland Road. He was also on the same management team for Hwy 291. Taco Bell in the 70's-80's was amazing, not just a fast food place but a place where families actually went to enjoy their meals. I am so disheartened to see the Taco Bell here in Sedalia constantly going down hill in food quality and customer service. It's just sad.

The inside was disgusting, it smelled like weed and you can tell the workers was higher than a kite. The trash was over filled and there was little to no sauce packets out. And to top it all off we waited forever for our food and its presentation over all was horrible like no one wants half of a taco folded in half. For spending about 80 Dollars on food to feed my family things should be alot better then it was for that price. My advice improvements are needed everywhere.

I like eating here and want to say I love it here. But this location always gets at least one item on my order wrong. I usually have someone else picking up my food for me, so I can't go back into the line. Also, the line is always extremely long. I'm talking usually a 15-20+ minute wait. It would be nice if they'd create two lines in their drive through like McDonald's does. That way they could take orders more quickly. Either way, the prices here are not what they used to be. Plus, there was barely any taco meat in my tacos tonight. And they were soggy. This is definitely not my first fast food choice in Sedalia.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This is by far the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. Put our mobile order in while sitting in the lobby since all their card readers are down, sat there for 25 min and our food never came but said it was ready. Went to the counter to talk to someone, the guy said our order wasn’t in their que, showed him on our phone that it had been “ready” said he didn’t know since they didn’t have it. He eventually manually entered our order in to be made. We got it 10 min later and the food is absolutely not edible! Food was cold, no meat in my Gordita crunch, no cheese in my cheesy roll up. All of the workers that were there today seem incredibly incompetent! Nobody there knows what the hell is going on ever!

Stood at counter and never did get to talk to anyone or order sorry employees and service their interest was on the drive thru and visiting with the folks cooking

Not worth the money tbh that one needs shut down they will get your order wrong everytime and if it is right then it's a third of the size it's supposed to

Placed a mobile order for inside when we got the store the lobby was closed. Went through the drive through and they couldn’t find our order after finally finding our order it was cold. They said they remade the Oder we pulled over in the parts lot less than 100ft from drive through and our tacos were soggy and cold. Called and asked again for a refund and they refused saying I to cancel on mobile app & there is no way to unless you contact cooperate and it will probably take weeks to get the money back. So I’m out of $20+ plus no edible food.

Was dirty, food was just ok. Another customer ask for help with keyosk because they won't Take card at counter and manager had no idea to help them out. So be prepared when you come here.

Potato’s are hard as a rock and the quesadilla barely has anything on it. They forget stuff out of my order basically every time I come in. I’ve complained yet nothing has changed and when I went this last time. I was the ONLY car there and the ONLY customer there yet they still managed to serve food that was old and stale and still managed to forget food! By the time I went back and got the food I had paid for and didn’t receive the food I did get was cold! People need to be held accountable for their actions and mistakes this shouldn’t be such a regular thing. I’d understand if they were slammed busy or super short on employees but that’s not been the case.
