Taco Bell, Ozark MO

Rude working personal, I have been waiting for almost 10 minutes and the counter and no one would come help me.

There for awhile I was driving to other TBs to avoid this one the employees played way to much and I did not trust them with my food its gotten much better.

Literally the worst Taco Bell! They mess up or forget something every time. Ask for mild sauce even shows up on order but never in the bag unless you ask. Then it's like "oh yeah, sorry" read the damn order people! Or tacos missing from order or last time drink missing like if you don't check your order your either gonna have a screw up or your missing something! Why order if they don't read the orderawful!

Just ditch the nacho fries for good and have a stable menu for once. The Chicken Enchilada Burrito only lasted for a month.

Don't ever let your children work here. They like to discriminate based on personal biased. Somehow labor laws don't apply to them either. Illegally forcing employees to work. Maybe a management overhall should be considered

I don't quite know how to feel on this, so on 10/10/23 around 1: 20am we went to this taco bell to make an order for 3 chicken enchilada burritos, 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos, and 1 spicy potato soft taco; which none of these things come with jalapeños in them normally, but everything except the spicy potato soft taco ended up being loaded with jalapeño slices; and way more sour cream in the chicken enchilada burritos than anything else.but when it comes to the jalapeños it just seems like I got pranked, which despite me liking spicy food; is quite bothersome when you didn't order it but got it anyway.

I doubt anyone here is bad, but what seems like a strange prank; and skimping every ingredient but sour cream are the main things I have to say would be worthy of reviewing on, because otherwise our cashier seemed nice, and this is random but I personally thought their star hoodie looked comfy.

Overall though, bad ingredient ratio, as well as possibly rude staff who have nothing better to do than to try pranking people.

P. S.if you don't like jalapeño slices in your food, maybe at least don't come here at night? Yet I legitimately think some kids made my food and decided to "prank me" with all the jalapeño slices in everything.

Was very impressed this morning when we stopped people waiting on me were very polite and service was fast and food was hot

Bad service. Hope the managing partners see this and make some changes. Worst ran fast food restaurant I’ve been too. I know it’s a cheap spot to quickly grab some food but dang, this store has rude staff that clearly don’t want to be working

New workers need to be trained better. Not just left at the corner alone not knowing what to do. I felt so bad for the young lady. Definitely needs more seating. Food was good

There was hardly any meat in any of the tacos, especially the 2 crunch wrap supremes we ordered. Everything was in one spot, and the crunch wrap was probably around. 5 inch thick wrapped up. The burritos were grainy and had more tortilla than anything else. Left a weird residue on our teeth.

Came for breakfast. Ordered to combos. One number 13 and a breakfast box. Asked for 2 extra hash browns because the combos only come with one. So I should have had 4 hasbrowns instead of three. They forgot one. Mind you you it wasn’t busy at all whatsoever. Charged extra for something that wasn’t in my bag. Pretty disappointing. Other than that the food was good.

Felt like they just threw whatever they wanted in the bag, only got one of six things we ordered correct.

They handed me water with a lid broken water leak.i handed back.she said she could not take it back and handed me a new lid. I was in drive thru.

Always a favorite when you're on the go. Food is always good and hot and the service is great.

Went through drive thru and forgot to say no beans. They gave it to me anyway saying it was too late. Had to stop and go inside to reorder the proper food. One girl was doing orders up front and drive through was rude. No one apologized and many dirty looks as I ordered the food I should have gotten done properly. Thank God this is not my normal taco bell, I would never come back!

I think the manager at night or whoever the man was in charge. There has a real bad attitude and he needs to change that if he expects. Good to come to him

The grilled stuffed burrito was burnt my garbage gut boy would'nt even eat it. Complely inedible and the grilled stuffed burritos keep getting smaller and smaller.

The tacos were not that great didn't like them that well sorry you wa t use to be true so I am they don't have the taco salads they use to be so good and filling. Bring them back!

Would be nice to be able to get breakfast before everyone has to be at work. Used to start serving at 7 am so you could get your breakfast before you have to be at work. You're losing the majority of your morning customers
