Taco Bell, Lebanon MO

I have a mobile order. They didn't give me some of my food and drink. The thing in the window didn't speak a work to me and I sat out there for a good 5 min.

Usually go through the drive thru late nite and they ticked me and friend off because once we got up the the window it was credit card only.
(Last time they screwed up the order but didn't catch it til I got home. I called immediately and gave em ticket # off receipt and amount and the guy even said he remembered me and basically said I could come back now or forget it nothing he could do or would do like a voucher or contact or something I could use for the next day or 2. Sure wasn't running back up there.)
So we said hell with it and went to the new one they opened by the interstate and no problem whatsoever.
Mgr at that store told us why they do that and just lazy short version. We won't use em again.

Food is always messed up. Missing items, random ingredients, out of stock items, rancid oil in the fryer, chalupas not fried… crazy. Not one time the food has been right. Maybe due to the fact that the workers are getting high in their car in the parking lot instead of working. Corporate has been notified.

*Update-Son wanted food through the drive thru & it was Slow! Plus, he got a Baja Blast that had No Flavor in it, at all, so going to have to call the store! Then, the box he got had a SOGGY Gordita in it & was missing Nachos that he was supposed to have! Still Bad Service, Missing Stuff in the Only box we ordered, and watered down Baja Blast!
Beyond SUPER SLOW DRIVE THRU! Waited over an hour in line and then an employee came out to say that their system was down & it would be another 30 minutes or more! Really Sad that they can't run a business if their computers go down! How Ridiculous! Someone should've informed customers before that! SUPER SLOW & have No Regard for their customers! My other family has had similar experiences at this location and extremely long waits! This Taco Bell is VERY MISMANAGED!

Kids were trying very hard but overwhelmed with a long line in the drive thru and equipment broken. Two people on the headset talking while trying to get my order. Some of the food was terrible, dried out and seemed like it had laid out awhile. They definitely needed some management to help them.

They never get orders correct. I paid extra for the chips and cheese in my $5 box because im allergic to cinnamon, they gave me cinnatwists. Everything on the receipt is correct but they put the wrong food in the bag. My dragonfruit drink has no flavor and is juat carbinated water. Every time i order it gets severly messed up in one way or another. They also have their phone off the hook and i can never get in contact in with them.

So I went in two days ago and didn't get my drink. I go thru drive thru and all my drinks are wrong. Won't be coming back.

Nothing ever wrong with tacos, they always make me happy. I did however feel sorry for the two guys that were working the whole store alone.

I give it 1 because they didn't have 0 the slowest ever waited my whole lunch never got food every time I go there then when you do get it it's never right

They seem to always forget something on the order. They do git it right but it's kinda old

By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Service is just terrible. A man would starve to death waiting on his food

We just moved to the area and decided to check out the Taco Bell.the Chalupa nearly broke hubby's tooth it was so stale. I know I won't get a response but won't ever eat here again! $25 for 5 items.pathetic

Quick and hot. Great for when your in a rush. The staff is always kind when I'm there too!

Every time I'm there, the staff make a point to greet me. The crew and managers work fast to get things done but not carelessly. I am always happy to see some of my favorite crewmembers there. Sarah, for instance, works on the front counter and in the lobby. Everything is always stocked and tables are clean. Riley and Heather are both managers and are always busy, they work so hard and the crew respects them so much! Thomas, the general manager, is always working, it's a wonder if he even goes home. He does his best and leads by example, his team loves him for it. Jacob works hard and stays busy, while staying lighthearted. Josh, Skye, Jhenae and Crystal all work at the drive window at different times and they're energy is great!

The food is always exactly as I order it too and I always get the perfect amount of sauce packets!

Was super excited for the volcano menue to be back like many others. Double the beef then the 2$ beefy melt. Lies. It had less meat and there was no lava sauce. For 4$? ! It was small and plain. Very disappointing. And your crazy up rising in prices. So sad. Hope this isn't a thing for the return of the BCB! Get better food for the same price down the road that's just as fast and authentic for missouri. Again very very disappointing taco bell of Lebanon!

Tacos were thrown into bag and food all over on a drive up order. Manager refused to address the problem and slammed phone down. Manager needs fired

If you want food that is still frozen or slightly warm then this is the place. Hey, maybe they'll give you the food that you ordered. Maybe they'll argue with you about what you ordered too. I can't stand this sorry excuse of a store. They need to shut this one down. The most hateful and rude people work at this one

Woman working was very rude and argued with us about one beefy five layer burrito on our order, saying we did not order it and that we could not get it unless we paid for it. Refused to look up the order, even though their cashier crumpled up the receipt and threw it away. Would highly recommend going somewhere else, as they do not care about your order here.
