19I'm new to this restaurant and they have kiosks and the lady wasn't too helpful nor did she know the products.
About 3 months ago, my husband and I came thru the drive thru and our order was completely messed up. Husband went back in to get it corrected, and got a hassle. He said we would not be back. Well he went back thru for us tonight. NONE OF THE FOOD WAS EVEN EDIBLE. We ordered 3 steak taco supremes: no sour cream, no tomatoes hardly any cheese along with pinto and cheese and chips and cheese. NOTHING TASTED RIGHT. It all tasted spoiled to both of us. It is so bad that our 3 dogs will not eat it. He called to talk to manager, and he HUNG UP ON US. Husband called back and the manager WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. HEAD TO ELDON INSTEAD!
My fiance used to be assistant manager here this store is a joke. The manager needs to take a shower and clean up he is filthy and body odor is awful. The manager has no clue what he is doing and when he works the restaurant is pure filthy
It took over 20 minutes in the drive through, and the food was terrible. There was no crunch in the crunch wrap. It’s the last time I’ll go. It’s been this way every time. Everyone I know has had the same experience. Corporate needs to fix this!
Well, it's fairly new, small, and leans towards kiosk/online based ordering. It's okay, it's a Taco Bell.
Terrible food, no sour cream or tomatoes on supreme tacos, the chips were definitely cooked in disgusting oil and ALL of the food was freezing cold. It's outrageously expensive and always terrible. Save your money, time and sanity and go somewhere else.
I will give credit where it is due tho, the lady running the drive through was very nice and polite.
Guess they don't know supreme tacos get sour cream and tomatoes? Always have an issue here.
For a new store it was dirty. There a kiosk order only store so you get zero human interaction. The food was on par with other taco bell stores. The dining experience left a lot to be desired.
I was in a rush, as I normally check my order, but the place was empty so I thought nothing of it, all my food was cold, and half was missing, I will NEVER go there again, and I make sure to let others know about this experience as I paid over $30.00 for my food, and didnt get squat!
Great food. I think they need to hire more people since there are times we have had to wait in the drive-through line after placing a mobile order for over 30 minutes. We have adjusted, though, and now select the option to go inside and pick it up.
My first visit to our new Taco Bell in Versailles. Service was good used their app. Looked clean and nice. The food I took home was good. I'll definitely go back.
Well you can only order on the kiosk. There is not even a large menu to read. But their sure is someone there to take your money lmao.
This particular taco bell has the worse food ever. Shells are stale, broken, or the soft ones are too chewy. Lettuce and tomatoes are both freezer burnt. It was very clean tho.
I do not see how this place is going to stay in business. They messed up people orders both times I have been in there. They are super slow to get your order out even when its not busy. Horrible place go to McDonalds or Sonic.

If I could give it a zero star review I would. I placed my order on the mobile app at 11: 53. When I finally got my food at 12: 37, I told them that they could keep the food after 40 minutes and that I wanted a refund. They refused to refund in store because I ordered through the app. After I left, I called the store and explained what happened, again refused to do anything. Was told that because I ordered through the app, they couldn’t do anything about it. That they wouldn’t even attempt to help. Terrible terrible customer service. Will never go back. There were seven at least people waiting in the lobby. All orders received were wrong and took SO long to get. Terrible terrible experience. Won’t ever go back.
Went inside and placed my order on the lcd screen for a take out order. I asked for 3 mild sauces on my order. I picked up my order and left and discovered I had no sauce and no napkins in my take out order. What's the purpose of the machine asking if I want sauce if no one's going to put it in the bag?
Wish there was an easier way to pay cash inside. Other than that staff was friendly and place was clean. Food was good too.
Waited for over an hour, asked about our order and the manager Jessica then informed us that our order had been lost. She was rude when we asked what the store managers name was. Drive thru is priority over going inside.
If you order and pay with cash they don’t start your order till you pay, but they don’t tell you that and nobody comes to take your money. Food is decent if you ever get it, but the service is absolutely awful.
