Taco Bell, Columbia MO

There were 2 or 3 people in line and it took almost 20 minutes to get through the drive through, then they gave me the wrong order.

I got a bean burrito and nacho fries to go and the nacho fries didn’t have seasoning, the cheese was flavorless and my burrito had shredded cheese instead of melted, onions and lettuce, which do NOT come with it and it tasted horrible. I don’t ever give bad reviews. This was just THAT bad!

Service was AMAZING! Everyone was super friendly. The food was hot and fresh. I haven’t had Taco Bell in years. It was by far the best I’ve had. Great portions and everything was correct. The lobby was clean stocked. Was not disappointed and will be back! Amazing job!

This place is filthy on the inside. Every table has food on it, there's trash left out, trash cans are full and it smells bad. I'm not a very tidy person and I think it's bad, so it's real bad.

The lady at the drive-through was rude and unprofessional. She interupted me multiple times and still got our order wrong. Suppose to be two steak and bacon burritos, one large strawberry creme delight, and one deluxe cravings box with a pepsin this is why I never visit this location. Always rude and wrong service

They got our order wrong 3 times. The taco shells weren't done. Saw a worker handle cash with gloves on then go make food with the same gloves on.

Today's visit 9/23/2023 my wife and I visited here and the tables were all dirty. The manager did not have our order correct.but she corrected it.the girl taking care of the dining area had her head down on a table sleeping. The floor was filthy.looked like they had a super rush of people at 11 AM but we were the only ones inside for the 45 minutes we were here.

Just left without food bc the lady in the drive thru couldn't count nor work the register properly and got rude with me bc I refused to be charged twice for my order.

Waited 35 minutes for food while multiple workers went outside on smoke break. Food was barely warm at best. Worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had! This place was a joke!

Older woman stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and asked several times for someone to take her order. There were four people behind the counter - two were standing at a door to the back, just messing around with each other. She was very distressed by the time the drive - thru employee came over to take her order finally. We had gotten our food to dine in, but the tables were so dirty and sticky that we ended up leaving.

Staff was rude, food was barely warm, dirty floors and bathroom overall just a bad experience, also management was not present, and was extremely rude when they DID show up reeking of weed and cigarettes

Was told they wouldn't be taking any more orders for 20 minutes after I'd already waited 20 minutes to get to the order window. They said Door Dash was the culprit. If you can't handle the load, don't be open. Waste of time.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The service is terrible. The order was completely wrong. Don’t go to this location.

The food was good and hot but my order was wrong. They corrected the order but it was more of a hassle taking over 5 minutes to make 2 tacos. Straws, napkins & sauce were out along with tables being dirty. We ended up leaving with our food since the cleanest table we found was still really sticky.

First they gave us the wrong food and I didn't know until we got home. I drove all the way back to get the correct order and the guy gave me dirty looks who gave it to me and it was horrible. I have never had Doritos Los tacos that were so bad. They were full of lettuce and hardly any meat, mine were supposed to be supreme and there was hardly anything but sour cream and lettuce. Five of them all together.

I made a very simple order of 3 hard shell tacos no lettuce, 3 dorritos tacos no lettuce, and a beefy 5 layer burrito no sour cream. The tacos for my roommates were correct, but my burrito had sour cream which, upon biting into it made me puke uncontrollably, every time I order any burrito without sour cream it always comes with sour cream. The staff was able to joke around and laugh, but can't ever forget the sour cream. Very upset.

I used the app to place my order b4 I left home. Arrived AT TBell 15 minutes later. Then waited 25 minutes for my order. Total, 40 minutes, this isn't fast food. I find it hard to imagine wanting to spend 40 minutes waiting for a taco bell meal. I have no plans to repeat my visit to Taco Bell.
