16This store never ever ever gets a single order correct our nacho fries are cold at least 75 percent of the time and when you say something to the staff about it they are so rude they act as if it’s your fault they they messed up the order or as if they simply don’t have time to make your order correctly. Only reason I ever go there is out of desperation I live less than two blocks from there and sometimes simply don’t have time to drive to a different location
It's Taco Bell.don't set your standards too high. Sometimes you will get a satisfactory order, other times you will an order with missing items, cold food, small portion sizes. It's about on par with other fast food places, maybe even lower.
Why do they even have the freeze items on their menu if every time you order, they call to cancel. It’s been over a month and the freeze machine is still broken? Come on now. That’s ridiculous
On November 1 at midnight, we went through the drive through, employee was extremely rude and was irritated at us for no reason. We had no idea that having multiple orders was not “allowed” after a certain time, and this employee that took our order through the drive-through was impatient and snapped at us when we simply asked if we could have two orders. There was no need to snap, or be rude. When we asked for no drink, she verbally said, “Oh my God” and sighed, as if it were a huge deal. We were always kind and patient to her; but she had a problem with us for some reason.
Worst food I've ever had, and I love Taco Bell. This location is terrible. Served cold hard nacho fries and I asked for no onions on the bean burritos and both had them. The large drink had ice from the bottom of the cup to the lid. This order went straight in the trash. Sorry, I don't have a money tree. What a waste. Now I know why there was only 1 person inside and 1 car in the drive thru line at lunch time!
Come here if you wanna waste 2.5 hours of your time. Wasn't acknowledged by a worker for a good 2 hours, roughly 50-60 people standing inside waiting for food for dine in and doordash. Told us that one of our orders had already been called and given out, it never was, but the order was later found in the system. I myself was asked for my order name, was given a rude response and was later told to write my order down myself and turn it in to a worker. Wrote down 6 items that amounted to about 10 total items. Was thrown a bag with 3 items in it. Worker tried arguing with me and telling me that what I ordered was wrong and that's just how it is. Worker then rolled their eyes and skipped over me mid conversation to assist someone else because they knew they were in the wrong. Another bag was then tossed with 3 other items I hadn't ordered. Horrible organizing job done by the shift manager, will never be returning.
They gave me the right order at first but then took the bag away and took it back for some reason and now im missing a burrito and a taco
Never open when they say they are online. Probably the worst managed Taco Bell. The night crew act like your a nuisance
If your a Uber eats driver this taco bell will allow doordashers to steal orders. It's happening to me every night. Has happened over 10 times now. I have called corporate and spoke with the general manager. I suggest anyone not to order from this taco bell. I sat in the store for a hour and a half on 5/9/2023 for 3 soft tacos. For that order to be stolen. If your a college student. Please order somewhere else that you food will arrive to you. Without hassle and having to cancel your orders. By far the worst taco bell I've ever been to. TACO BELL ON CLARK LANE DONT ALLOW ANYONE TO JUST GRAB FOOD. THEY CHECK PHONES YOU MIGHT PAY A LITTLE MORE ON THE DELIVERY FEE. BUT ITS LESS HASSLE AND OUT OF THE 3000 DELIVERYS I HAVE MADE I HAVE NEVER GOT A COMPLAINT FROM CLARK LANE TACO BELL. PLEASE MAKE THAT YOUR GO TO TACO BELL.
I sat in the line for an hour until someone came outside and said they are only doing DoorDash. What a waste of my time.
The rice was not available when we were there. We were told we could wait 40 minutes. This was at 4 pm. We thought it unusual that they were out of such a common ingredient for their dishes.
The guy who was working the drive thru tonight was so rude he shouldn’t be talking to people like that and has no business having a job. Honestly he should get fired.
The cashier got my drink wrong 3 times, and there was what appeared to be part of a food package in my burrito. This isn't sanitary. Writing their corporate, but it won't do as much as this.
The food is, well, Taco Bell. They don't honor the app pricing although they will take your order from the app. They totally make up whatever rules suit themselves for that day. Having said that, the food is usually decent.
Been here twice and both times customer service was nonexistant. Both times food was room tempurature and sloppily made. Never AGAIN.
I got 2 meal boxes
1 was supposed to be without sour cream on anything
When we receive our food
1 it was not separated
And 2 there was sour cream on everything
