Taco Bell, Raymore MO

There was bugs in the bag. The food was iffy. No service whatsoever. The soda machine and everything around it had mold growing on it.

What has happened to customer service. We walked in to place our order. The lady behind the counter wouldn’t take our order. She just directed us to use the kiosk behind us. If I wanted to use the kiosks I would have. I simply wanted to place my order and have lunch. Kiosks are normally filthy. I refuse to use them. So, I went to Culver’s price is similar but the service is way better.

The female employee that was there, I’m assuming the manager, was cussing up a storm and complaining about customer’s orders. When another employee brought to her attention that there were people in the lobby her words were “I don’t give a f^€k” it took 27 minutes to get our food.

Shame I cant give a negative -5! Just bought 24 dollars of food & threw it in the trash!

Decent local taco bell. Food quality is usually good but they forget an item from your order from time to time. Polite employees and generally good service.

This is the only taco bell to ever get my entire order correct. Like ever in the past 3 plus years ive lived here. 10/10

They are fairly average wait time, but they are courteous, clean and consistent. That’s why I will drive an extra mile or 2 to come to this location.

Would give 0 stars! EVERY SINGLE TIME I have tried to go here it has been a sh1tshow, this was the final straw, I’m exhausted after work and don’t want to cook or drive and tried to DoorDash not only does it take an hour at the restaurant it’s the wrong order when it gets here, talked to the dasher sounds like they just ruined everyone’s order. On top of that I can’t even eat the food because of the meat in it so just a waste of time and money never go here, drive to belton they always get it right. It’s so ducked they can never get anything right, I’ve given so many chances.

Made custom order. I ordered 2 steak gordita crunches and added nacho cheese and sour cream. Very disappointed in how poorly they are made. It cost more and I got less I just don't get it. Also potatoes have a short hold time. Make them fresh or keep them fresh. I have worked at taco bell. There's no excuse. No straws either.

Ordered an enchirito. I think the person making this missed the class on how to make it. There was maybe 2 tbs of enchilada sauce and 1 tbs of cheese melted on top. So it was dry and not at all what my mouth was waiting for. The girl taking orders at the window was very sweet and personable. 5 stars for her.

We always order a lot because we have 4 kids plus 2 adults and usually have special things to order which make it a little complicated, they not only had the order correct for all of us, it was hot fresh and didn't take but a few minutes to get! Great visit!

This is by far the best Taco Bell I've been to. They weren't always, but over the last year+/- they have improved so much with the quality of food, service, and speed! If you're going to the Taco Bell down the road in Belton, you're doing it wrong.

The worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced. Any door dash order I place there is always an issue (Out of beef, 1 hour + long wait, directions not followed, etc.) This is no different from when I personally go. I wish door dash would let you pick the location you order from. I would pay any price to NEVER have to use this Taco Bell again. This location is a joke.

They make better Mexican pizzas in any of the other Taco Bells usually have better food than the Taco Bell in Belton

Sat in line for over 45 minutes. Ordered 2 beefy 5 layer burritos. And ended up with 2 steak and cheese burritos.

Not bad, but not excellent. Food was fresh, hot and good. Had the appropriate amount of ice in the drinks. No complaints really. However the manager seemed very dismissive and short with me after they realized I was a door dash delivery person and I felt like I was treated bad because of that and that's not fair. Perhaps you may have had a bad experience with another Dasher, but don't take it out on me, I'm new to this location and I have a very good reputation. I never did anything to you.
But I love Taco Bell and I am also a customer. I love the Quesorito!
I fully acknowledge that people are working hard and doing a good job it seems. Yes times get busy and people get tired, I get it, me too, but please take care of all the customers with quality service and friendliness. I work in customer service also, so it's not like I'm speaking out of turn.
I like reviews so that we can all learn and grow from shared thought and insight.

When we pulled up to order the two employees who were working were outside smoking/ too busy to take our order.

Order food on taco bell ap for delivery. Never received my order. The store said door dash owes refund and door dash says the store owes me a refund. The staff that delt with last night at the store was rude and un professional. This is just day one no refund. I WILL POST DAILY UNTIL I receive my refund. It's been over a week no refund. Do not order from this taco bell they will rip you off and laugh about it

Price went up, food got smaller. TB ain't what it used to be. Scoring is more based on corporate policies than the specific location.
