WASHER HAS BEEN BROKE AND MANAGER WILL NOT FIX FINALLY WE FIXED IT. SIGNED A YEAR LEASE IN FEB. HAVE NEW LEASE ON DOOR TODAY RAISING THE RENT $20.00 A MONTH. FILING COMPLAINT WITH BBB AND MISSOURI SECRETARY OF STATE MONDAY. Sabrina takes advantage of victims of Harmony House. They raised the rent again this past Friday do to insurance raise. We are contacting Paula Moorehouse with KY3, Harmony House, and a attorney.
Manger is ruthless and doesn't want to do her job. She really needs a new job. She locks the office door so she doesn't have to handle property issues. However, the property is very nicely decorated and clean. There are nice family amenities. However, critical maintenance issues take an unreasonable amount of time. Apartments are nice with a new feel. The biggest issue is property staff. My disabled mother deserves better.

Very upset with the management and how they "Take" care of things.

The agent can't do her job or part even alittle bit.
Waited almost 3 months to be approved just to call and find out was denied but the agent didn't notify nor have I received my deposit back that she said has been on the way for over a month now. Will not recommend them to anyone.

Debby falsely accuse me of selling pot and smoking it They have no proof of the allegations.there is major discrimination that is allowed here. I was forced to get rid of my car because it was not running.and there is a blue van that's sat over a year and not moved once the tags are also not valid on it.there are also multiple other cars not tagged and not moving (againt the lease, funny enough all straight people except myself.people can keep their cars without action.they are refusing to renew my lease saying I sell drugs and I don't, I have multiple character witnesses too.the whole building smells like pot on most all the floors.not even coming from my unit #211.they are not LGBT Friendly and I have proof of discrimination on behalf of sustainable management. I called and made a grievance still have heard nothing back. Sabrina smart is also well know for putting wrong information on non lease renewals and eviction paperwork on my notice the address is not even correct. And another resident had a letter given to him dated for 2020 year.that was this place is not well kept either trash all over the grounds and the smell of meth cooking in the building one day even. I am truly disgusted in the discrimination and hate crimes that have took place in this building.if you or anyone you know has been wronged by this company please message me to sign my petition against sustainable management and Talia apartments I want to hear your voices.sign petition with me so we can bring my story and multiple other peoples story to life.a company should not be able to actively engage in discrimination.

Great apartments very locked down with security gates & doors & cameras.

I love this place I love my new apartment they come with all appliances new and a washer and dryer I feel safe cuz it is gated all around and 24 hours surveillance I feel very comfortable and the tenants that live here are very nice I couldn't ask for a better place to have moved thank you for allowing me to be a resident here
