I worked here for two months after being hired as a manager in the injection molding department. The only likeable thing about this company was the owner and president. He wanted change. Unfortunately there's a plant manager that won't except change as he is insecure in his position. People come to work when they want. Some people have too much work and others don't do anything. It takes three mold set up people to set a mold no matter how big and wether it's a 100 ton press or 1000 ton it doesn't matter. If your a supervisor your not allowed to pitch in and help with fixing a machine issue a grinder or anything else. This could be a great place to work but not under the current plant manager. I actually got terminated for the first time in my life after 30 years in this business. I thanked them for it. Best thing that ever happened to me.
