Target, Springfield MO

This store reminds me of Kmart now, clothes all over the place, low stock, disengaged people. Highly disappointing. I avoid going in at all cost. Sad it use to be my favorite store.

Staffing is terrible. Don’t help customers. Long wait time at checkout. Stock on shelves was ok

Worst place I have ever gone to and will never come back and would never recommend anyone to go there ever. And if I could I would give zero stars but it won't allow it.

It's a pretty nice store inside. But when it comes to the outside, I don't see why they're spending so much money to keep it watered and green when they won't even bother to keep it clean.

The Target on Primrose is a pretty accessible store. The only thing that makes this store less accessible is the fact that parking is not the easiest. Inside this store very accessible to almost everyone. The aisles are wide which is convenient for people trying to browse the store.

There was a very sweet and pretty employee named Tory! They were the best cashier EVER! And you might think i’m over exaggerating but i’m not! Tory we love you!

Curbside pickup and returns is a lifesaver and always really fast.
I NEVER go inside though. Way too busy

I used to like Target but there’s lots of issues there. I worked here for a little bit and it was the worst job I’ve ever had. Targets clothes are now super ugly and Walmart has better ones.

I truly like the shopping experience and the Starbucks in house allows you to have a drink and snack while you shop. They offer alot of products that I cannot find elsewhere. Staff is mostly helpful and kind. I did not like the self check out experience however as it is very particular to not scanning your items.

The one entrance is poorly placed causing lots of congestion and you can expect to have to walk a good ways when parking. The store is hot and cluttered. I always check in stock items before going in and the items I'm looking for always end up being sold out when I go in; always seem to be out of things when I do curbside pick up as well. I usually prefer shopping at target, but not in Springfield.

Target don't have a good selection anymore. They used to have unique things that you couldn't find at other stores.

Called toy department a lot of times to get hung up on, guest services lady was nice to tell them to answer, went to ask about a product and she was effortless didnt bother checking sku# to see if was in the back or not then said she is not allowed to say if a product is in the backroom. I also said that other targets are getting this certain product on the store floor before the online pre-orders are available and claimed that they are not available to put them on the floor even though this product is not Street dated if there was this product in the back. I work retail and even if a product is a store exclusive it is not Street dated and once product arrives to store they can be put out it just depends if the worker in the department wants to work and stock shelves like they SHOULD.she did not bother to check whatsoever and came off rude and that she didn't want to work, if someone is going to be grouchy then I don't think working morning shift is a good idea.

Excited that another Target is coming to west Springfield, but I'll stick with the SE one ~ not only for proximity, but because of the helpful employees & the cleanliness & ample supply of products!

Tori is an AMAZING worker she went above and beyond to help me find my keys and even personally meet me up front to return them! 10/10

Clay in the tech department was super friendly and helpful, genuinely appreciated his assistance!
