Target, Blue Springs MO

Warning: check your expiration date on bread, broth, etc. All killer daves bread expired on 23rd. And i have bought broth here that was expired. What is your receiving team entering on your dates? And where your inventory control team? Go to walmart or grocery store for your food.

This target used to be the place I’d choose to go, for many years, today I was met with complete disrespect and unwillingness to make the situation correct.

I bought diapers 28.49x2, I needed a smaller size for our little guy, same brand and box size. I asked to swap out knowing I got the promotion spend 50 get 10 and returning would mess it all up. So they wanted to return to me for 23.49 (5.00 less than I paid), then they wanted me to go get a new box and still pay the 28.49. Because the promo ended they refused to assist. Therefore, I would have lost my 5.00 and ended up paying more. Called the corporate office and advised that I’d not correct and they refunded me. They could have done simple math and not had a rude attitude. I informed corporate they probably should assess who their executive management is, her name is Mia, but they don’t wear name tags either so it would be hard to know that.

I usually refer Target to purchase. Overall Target is good. I went for refund There was defect. Himself told he told manager he was very rude. He is not ready to refund. His voice was very loud and do not want to listen anything what custom want.
I called customer service. Customer service representative listen my problem and resolved the issue.

The staff here are unapproachable. They either are clueless or seem bothered when approached. Overall I don't recommend the store. It's overpriced with bad customer service.

Nice selection of different things for the house, clothes and entertainment. Have a few grocery and Liquor items. CVS Pharmacy. Noticed no canes or walkers.

I have loved this store for years but recently the staff have made it unenjoyable. The last few times I have gone in to the bullseye section, I continuously hear/see employees going back and forth from register to customer service complaining about how (insert employees name) called in. Just comes off as unprofessional, in particular I have seen the same guy complain who works in the front end, short brown hair, heavier set and he is always super vocal about it while looking completely miserable. He had to check me out the other day and it was extremely uncomfortable being around someone whose demeanor was so negative.

I love Target and have for many years! I especially like the home goods, kids clothes, seasonal goods, and Target food brand.

Target is my preferred store to shop because I always find fun and unique items for my home or for gifts. The store is always clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.
