Miles always gets back to me in a reasonable time manner, or gets online to help me out, or if he needs to and is able to come, he’ll come to the office to fix an urgent issue we might have. One of our top clients needed one of our specialized printers to work and the company we bought it from wouldn't come fix it in the time we needed it repaired. Miles came out the same day I requested it and went above and beyond to problem solve, and fixed it the same day. I highly recommend TeamLogic.
