Great place to have service work done. I found out that a set of tires that I purchased from them didn’t seem right after a few week of driving, and I had no problem having them recheck there work, which ended up being a slight balance problem. Great customer relationship.thanks

I had made up my mind to shop around after a bad experience buying tires for my car from another well-known multi-store company in the STL area. Several friends advised me to consider Telle Tire in Sunset Hills where I live and some independent reviews backed up their opinions. The process was simple with a quote and appointment set online. The day of the appointment was as smooth and hassle-free as possible, the staff acted very professionally, and they did what they promised to do, meeting all my expectations. I'm impressed with this organization and will definitely return for more business.

A few weeks ago my car had a medical emergency along Hwy. 270. I called Telle Tire Sunset Hills and they helped arranged a tow, (and it got added to my bill). My car was fixed by mid afternoon. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service and professionalism.

I went to Telle after a totally unsatisfactory experience at Midas Tires. I walked in and asked what they could do for me in a set of AT tires in size 275/70R18 E. I was told they could get the Yokohama tires I was originally looking for delivered for next day installation. I set up an appointment for 9 AM the next morning. When I arrived, they got a bit more information, took my keys, and told me they would start on it shortly. By 10: 45, they had the tires installed. I asked about road hazard coverage and they added that for $20/tire. I was paid and out in another 5 minutes. The tires look and ride great! Telle's service personnel were knowledgeable, friendly, able to answer all of my questions, and treated me great! I will return the next time I need a service!
