It has been about a week since my services were conducted and so far no signs of recurrence. Technicians were polite and very helpful in answering all my questions. Very knowledgeable about my issues. Very satisfied so far. Due for a follow-up next week. Appreciated the check up call I received.

We requested the technician who came to our house. He actually treats the rental near us when ever needed.
He is friendly, personable and takes his job seriously.
He/ Termimix will be our go to.
Tech is Kevin, if you're in the SE Mo, area.

We love our terminix guy, Chris. He has always been up front and super fast at fixing our issues. He sends out people when he thinks we need it and you can tell he takes pride in his job and does his best to take care of the families he services. I would rate him higher if it was an option. You don't get good help these days and Chris definitely is that.

I have been having trouble with this horrible company for over 2 months. First I have never heard that you can't transfer your service from one location to another. So basically they took my money. So any way here's what what happened. The guy called and told me that he would be at my house at 8: 00am on 10-19-2022. He never showed up. So I sent a text his response was he was in a meeting this was about 8: 15 on the same day no response so I texted him again and told him that was unprofessional so that's when he called and said his Boss had said that they couldn't spray my house because of the so called transfer. If anyone is thinking about using these people please DON'T cause they are a total rip-off. Oh I forgot you able to transfer name to name but not address to address. Can anyone tell me if that makes sense.

We had hornets in the wall of our home. Extermination performed and I continued to monitor for a week. After one week we still had a few coming back to the nest. Second extermination performed with no hesitation or cost. Hornets gone! 100% recommend!

Absolutely awful experience ever! The first spray they used actually made my problem worst! They had to come back out but didnt complete the job! They charged me for service not completed! But the tech reported it was completed! When I called to get the issue resolved I was met with attitude and rudeness everytime I called! But they kept charging me fees but not doing the work! Leaving me with a $158.00 balance! They we're supposed to come out today to do it right but i was told no one would be out because my account was suspended for none payment! Even though they knew what was going on with my account! So now I have to go through hell to get this balance removed! Absolutely horrible experience! I'll never use them again!

An awesome experience with the guy that came out and did the spraying for the house he answered all the questions that I had and everything better than the other spray company that I had coming out terminix will be the one that I call from now on

Probably going to cancel my purchase here is why. I called and I was okay with the price and the customer service. The tech decided to call and tried to get it done earlier and I couldn't because I was busy. He told me what time he would be out there Friday and I was okay with that. Then he proceeded to call my wife 3 times and tricked her into making it Saturday instead. I called to put it back the way it was and they helped me and told me the manager would call me to get it fixed. NEVER called. I call customer service again and they tell me I wouldn't receive a response for 24 to 48 hours. I have wasted half my day waiting and now I will have to deal with having to wait. Not doing business again after dealing with this not worth the 159 and 99 every 3 months. Thanks Thomas

They told me when to expect my 1st appointment so we cleaned out all the cabinets and waited until no one showed or called. This happened 3 times in a row and no one called me once. I had to initiate every call to Terminix so I finally called and asked for my money back because it was apparent they didn't want to do it and wasn't going to. The one time they called me back was to let me know my money had been refunded. I couldnt get them to call me back for 5 days but once I cancelled and they didnt have to do any work they called right back. Customer service is not a priority to the branch in Sikeston. If I could give 0 Stars I would.

The best customer service I have ever received. Prices are lower than the other major company that we chose not to use. So happy!

We are contacted before our technician arrives. He does a thorough inspection and does the needed treatment. He always locks the gate before he leaves.

Terminix makes it clear that they do not value their clients. Spoke directly with BM Roy on March 24th 2020 to cancel our account as we were moving out of state. After over two weeks of unreturned phone calls to his cell and multiple lengthy chats with customer service, finally were assured by CS that our account was closed. Friday of last week we were notified by our bank that $200 was charged to what was our CONFIRMED closed account. Spoke with Roy Friday who was supposedly out of the office all day- and seemingly never goes into work? ! As well as customer service to finally close this account after all of these months! Here we are again playing this unprofessional game of no response. What a shameful way to represent your brand. Completely appalled by the lack of professionalism. Thankfully we have documented every conversation and at this point are prepared to move to legal action. Just refund our money so we can be done with this pathetic game! No response from your ‘terminix area’ email, horrible customer service both from the 1-800 number and via Roy on his personal cell. Happy to share our experience with all who consider wasting their time and money with this company. Specifically this joke of a branch.

I waited all day after the guy didn't show up for my appointment. I called and they gave me a new appointment, which was 5 days later. On that appointment, the guy didn't show up again! I called, waited on hold only to be hung up on. Call again, they give me an appointment for the next day. THE GUY NEVER SHOWED UP AGAIN! I called, on hold 16 minutes, and GOT HUNG UP ON AGAIN! Also, as soon as I called for my 1st appointment, a guy calls me telling me he is from terminix and Im scheduled for INSULATION in my roof. I said No, pest control. He said Ok. Then started soliciting me for INSULATION! Terminix is a joke!
