Texas Roadhouse, Liberty MO

We were a crowd of 21 people. We were seated quickly, the food was excellent and the service was perfect. We had the best waiter. She gets five stars with a big smile.

Was here twice in a short span of time. Busy! Service was very good. Food was good except second visit the meat was very tough. Wait staff and manager were more than willing to correct the issue. Will definitely go back.

Good food, but they turned the old waiting area into more seating. We waited and hour to sit there, and the tables are near the entry. It felt dislocated from the rest of the restaurant and you can smell cigarette smoke. This makes me not want to come back to this location.

Took Granddaughter to eat for her birthday. She was so happy and enjoyed the food and service. Our waitress was great Food was delicious

The steak and service was absolutely great. This was half our families first time to this restaurant chain. If I lived near one (home town Juneau, AK) I'd go more often. My nefew was so intrigued with the moose head above the door?

Wait time very long, longer than we where told. Food was great though server was also great.

Our table was in the old waiting area and they were busy enough that people waiting to be seated were standing along the walls right by our table. Not a good experience. The server had trouble bringing food through all the people gathering. It was pretty cold near the door as well.

I understand worker shortage, however, when you have a line of cars waiting (some for 45min) and orders literally piling up on the shelves because so one is walking them out, management needs to step in. We finally had to walk into the restaurant to receive our order after waiting for 20 min after receiving the order is ready text. Numerous cars around us had been waiting for up to 45 min for someone to bring their food out. Normally love this restaurant, but they are struggling with no end in sight.

Order was ready through a text for carry out curbside at 4: 46. Received my order ar 5: 48. Don't offer the service if you cannot meet the requirements. Lost my business for good.

We placed a To Go Order.
When we arrived we called.
The wait was a little longer then promised but when we called they let us know that.
They had one sweet lady walking out all the orders.

The food was nice and warm. It tasted perfect, actually how we ordered it.
The bread was just as good as when you stop by inside.
Very happy with the service.
Will definitely be back and recommend.

I am grateful for the gift of a free meal as a veteran. Service was great as well as the food.

I recently visited with my cross country team and parents. We called ahead with a party of 18, was seated immediately they took our drink order delivered those and plenty of rolls. Servers were very friendly and efficient. We were done with dinner and on our way in short time. They made our entire party feel special and went out of their way to honor requests. Great atmosphere and always fun when they bring out the saddle.

Probably the best Texas Roadhouse experience we've ever had. We weren't impressed in the one at Joplin Mo. But the one in Liberty was top notch. Very welcoming from the start. Fast friendly service the food was fresh and perfect. Call ahead for reservations because it was packed when we were there at 8 o'clock a Monday night.
