Texas Roadhouse reviews
20 We love roadhouse and go pretty often not tonight wasn't that great.
I ordered a sweet tea with lemon and got a sweet tea with lemon and cheese. Yes I had cheese on the lemon in my sweet tea.
They forgot my fried pickles but still had them on the check, we had it removed before paying.
The silverware was dirty as well.
Maybe it's a bad location.or maybe they were having an off day idk.
We had the best waitress in the world.
Her name was Tiffany. What a wonderful person she is. And the food was very good as well.
Edit to my 1st review.
Gave them another try last night. They forgot one of my entrees. I called and spoke with manager and she said she'd sent an e gift card. And she did send a gift card for only $10. Seriously!? ! The ribs cost MORE than $10. At this point I'll just drive the extra few miles to the Kirkwood location.
Had a to go order.
Ribs, chicken and mashed potatoes were cold. Ordered a kids grilled chicken and there were only 2 small pieces of chicken. PAID for extra rolls and only got 6 total. No extra dressing like I asked for. The last couple times we've ordered to go there has been issues with the order.
So delicious. Always. Everyone is super nice, food always comes out quickly even when they are at max capacity. Always sweet servers. So many delicious things to order but my fave is the Caesar salad and the fillet w/ side of horseradish
Always fantastic. Def recommend and def a favorite place!
The service was awesome and our steaks were on point simply delicious. Thanks for the excellent service you don't get most places anymore. I recommend Texas roadhouse in Arnold to anyone wanting a nice evening out.
Other than the 2 inbreds itching for trouble I encountered in the parking lot.must have lost their way to Walmart or white castle.all was good inside. Another day in paradise!
We had the best dinner and the atmosphere was great. Busy but we didn't have to wait long at all. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and made sure our drinks were always full. He engaged with our 5 year old which was a plus.
This is and has always been our favorite place as a family but apparently if you go on a Sunday around 2: 00 they don’t have a cook or place is a hangover crew. Food was the worst I’ve ever had and cold, we took 11 people for our daughter’s birthday and steak is supposed to be there thing, 6 people ordered steak that just sat couldn’t eat so charred and potatoes all cold where just raw cheese thrown on top. Asked the waitress she rolled her eyes and got a manager who gave us a discount on stuff we couldn’t eat. Love Texas Roadhouse but this was incredible. Even the table by us sent their food back, so I don’t believe it was just us.
What a shame… this is our family’s favorite place to go for family events. My brother is handicapped and we waited over an hour (wait time 20 min originally) for a table watching countless tables of 6 (same as we had) walk in after us and literally go straight to a table no wait at all. We have watched the entire waiting line wipe out completely twice…. The entire back section is completely open but I was told they don’t have a server for that section. It’s literally another 4 steps…. If you can’t accommodate an individual with a handicap you should say that. Kinda disappointing since I personally come to Texas Roadhouse twice a month min….
Dined in before the Bryan Adam's concert. We were sat immediately and everything was fantastic start to finish. It has been a year or more since I visted this location, but Barb still remembered us. I will always ask for Barb in the future. She is the best!
Even though it was just right at dinner rush, we were seated quickly and our waitress was very attentive. I'd go back.
I have recently had to give up gluten, this is one of the places I can still dine out with my family!
A steak lover's dream, Texas Roadhouse in Saint Louis offers tantalizing flavors, welcoming service, and a fun atmosphere. With its mouthwatering menu and dedication to delivering an unforgettable dining experience, this well-known chain restaurant has carved out a niche for itself.
The enticing aroma of cooked steak permeates the air as soon as you enter Texas Roadhouse, setting the mood for an enjoyable lunch. Diners of all ages will enjoy the restaurant's lively ambiance, which is complemented by the cheerful country music and welcoming staff.
We made our reservation ahead of time, so we didn't have to wait for a table. Everyone that we ran into greeted us. The waitress was very good and patient with us while we took our time figuring out what we wanted to eat. When the food came it was good and hot. I couldn't have asked for a better night out. Thank you so much.
Chili was cold steaks were over cooked and the onion blossom looked like they dropped it on the floor
They don't serve peanuts anymore. Very noisy. Good food, and there is a variety of choices on the menu.
Got it to go again and it was a waste of my money again this was father's day and the food was not worth the money I paid this was the second time it's happened on to go order and I'm tired of wasting my money two times and it was around $300 for both I work very hard for my money and do not want to waste it it really upsets me because it used to be one of my favorite restaurants I have a son with Parkinson's and that's what he wanted to get for Father's Day for my husband and that's what my husband wanted but it was a big disappointment very big last time I got a coupon that I never remember to use because I can't afford to go there that often and if the weather is not right like rain I can't get my son in an out of the van to bring him and you know that makes it hard but you know with that much money that the food is costing you expect everything to be right not to be messed up so I doubt if we go there anymore.
Great food! The entrance and exit are kinda wonky. The flow was not great. Alot of unnecessary confusion.
We live in Festus Missouri we do not like the Festus roadhouse because it's too loud the music is too loud you can't even talk to each other so we travel all the way to Arnold where we've always been comfortable and treated great
Unfortunately my favorite place but this time on Father's day my steak was completely wrong. I ordered 24 ounce sirloin that was in the glass display but got a bone in ribeye instead. Didn't care for it because over half of it was tough and paid for that large bone
