Absolutely horrible service for business owners. They turned off my business account service and then when I reached out to them to find out why they turned it off.they immediately turned it back on. But for the past 3.5 weeks.my system has still not been able to send or receive text messages. My usage has dropped down to less than 10% of text messages going through. We heavily use the platform for service reminders, and guest notifications and this system error has made me have to double up on my front desk team causing additional labor hours because now all appts have to be called for communication. As well, no guests are able to message my desk for appts either. The pain that this has caused for my team and guests is ridiculous. Dozens of emails to them as they do not answer the support phone number.leaving no way of getting this issue resolved timely. Incredibly shameful as I've used their services without any problems since 2019.but this lack of them "giving a darn" is plane and simple.shameful.

I added Textel to my Meevo system and it was the best decision I could have made. Adding this feature saves us time from staying on the phone to answer questions about services. We use Textel to have clients send pictures and book appts.
