Super affordable and many selections. Prices are marked on the items in pencil. The price is all inclusive. My egg holder was $10, and we stayed for 1.5 hours painting it. There's a paint station where you can pick your color. Each table has a water bowl for groups of 2+. The instructor didn't explain much about the painting techniques. But thankfully I have experience and talked my sister through the process. We both enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. She loved the trendy music playing in the background as we painted.
Great date night idea as all ages. Low risk activity to bring your parents or grandparents! If you have kids, bond with them over hours of painting a cute little apple or a astronaut piggy bank.

That Painting Spot is a wonderful place. We celebrated my daughter's birthday there; we had an amazing time. Their service was excellent from the time we went to view the studio, reserve the party, confirm the reservation, have the party, and pick-up our artwork. We love it! The kids have so much fun picking a piece to paint. We also did the summer camp and they had fun. Highly recommended.

Cute little paint your own pottery (or canvas) shop. Great selection of pieces, no hidden fees, and laid back atmosphere.

So much fun! Went with my husband and we painted a piggy bank and a monkey for our daughter who is due in July. I can't wait to see how they turn out. It was about $45 for both of us (the piggy bank was like $26). I think it's worth it for the fun and the unique pieces we'll get back. I'll try to post an update photo when we get them back.

Clean, comfortable, large, knowledgeable and helpful staff, fun atmosphere and a load (and I do mean a load) of pottery to choose from. I am an old painted zebra customer and I was thrilled, almost overwhelmed, with the variety of pottery to choose from.
However, if you are not overly creative, you should know that there are hardly any examples of painted pottery to give you inspiration. At the painted zebra, almost every selection had a paired example. I spent so much time trying to reference the color selection to a pottery choice and it became overwhelming. All of the blank bowls, plates, home decor sat blank with no inspiration.
This could just be lack of creativity, but I assumed a painting studio would have painted examples. With all of that said, I asked one of the staff members to show me their most prized examples that they had made and she showed me some photos of some spectacular pottery.
I again, the place was inviting and the atmosphere was perfect for some calming painting; just go with an idea and some reference photos
