My first visit here. The crew who worked on me were top notch! All very conscience and caring. Implants made on site. Teeth pulled and replaced all in same day!

Iv never felt more rushed in my life, hurry up and get them out! Practice more customer care and bedside manors, not all about profits!

Had full mouth implants, finished today with my permanent set. Very happy with the professional handling of the entire process, would certainly recommend for your dental needs

I normally don’t give a bad review but I had sat for an hour and half after my appointment. Had been numbed and the numbness was starting to go away by the point. I inquired how much longer it would be before we could get started. The attendant stated it would be at least 30 minutes more. That I had been a fill in, even though I had made the appointment 3 weeks earlier. She told me that they were doing this for me. I got up and left at that point after explaining I was not told I would be a fill in. She smiled and stated we have a place on Thursday. I won’t be back. If u value your money or time don’t waste it here!
Also, I asked to see the male dentist. They stuck me with a female dentist that I don’t even know.

Very professional, if you like things a certain way they accommodate you. They are problem solvers and look for root cause.even if you have to go back several times. They have always been respectful and pleasant on days I haven't.it can get frustrating having your mouth hurt and needing to return for a more sub clinical problem. They are great also with getting you in fairly quickly. They have offered me next day appointments. Thayer dental I feel doesn't just see us as a number, I feel they truly are vested in our care and realize how important our teeth are to us. I have had nothing but great experiences there and I have been in multiple times for procedures. I've been to west plains, Arkansas and in between. Thayer dental by far the best. State of the art technology etc.

Always have had dental work since I was a child. Car accident when I was 18 cinched the fact that I would always have problems with teeth.
I have 3 implants now on the lower and complete plate on top and Dr. Patel and his girls and Garrett have done a remarkable job for me. I can't say enough good things.
I will even drive from Illinois to Missouri right now to get procedures done by he and his staff

Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly yet professional. My consultant Jade was very thorough in her explanation of what was next in my appointment, if I didn’t understand or had questions she went the extra mile to make sure she resolved them for me. While I have always been reluctant to go to a dentist, this office made my trip much easier…another answered prayer from Lord Jesus
