The Annex Coffee and Foods, Webster Groves MO

Really nice mixture of a coffee house, deli, and small fine-grocery. Highly recommend, and enjoy showing the place to friends.

I enjoyed The Annex with my best friend. The mocha espresso was amazing. The employees were very nice, I enjoyed getting greeted as soon as I walked in, and seeing the ceiling high walls packed with goodies to purchase reminded me of an 1800s general store. We sat on their heated patio as we got to chat and listen to some music. I will definitely be coming back several times. They also got a rewards system, so I can't wait to visit again and try a new espresso flavor.

Loving this place. They occasionally brew Switch Coffee, which is an amazing local roastery here in North St. Louis. Relaxing, homey atmosphere at this place. Great spot to work or meet a friend.

Super delicious breakfast and coffee in a really unique and charming shop. We ordered a hot caramel late, the Plaza Annex sandwich, and the breakfast burrito, all of which were to die for. Definitely one of the top 3 breakfast burritos we’ve ever had!

Almost $30 for one root beer and two sandwiches for lunch. Probably won’t be back for food. Didn’t try any coffee. The shop was nice, would be a great place to buy small gifts!

Kirkwood level bougie but the barista didn't make fun of me for ordering a decaf cappuccino. Bathrooms have hooks. Outdoor dining/back patio has heat lamps. Also the cappuccino was good.

I've come here several times and while it's very $$$, I think it's cute and charming. I bought my best friend, who happens to be a personal chef in St. Louis, a gift card a couple years ago and she was in there last week to use it but they refused to take it and said it was expired. You've got to be kidding me. I'm an advocate for shopping local and supporting local businesses, which is why I got her the card, you're not going to honor a $50 gift card that had no expiration on it? They lost my business and certainly hers as well.

Great coffee shop with amazing eats. We got a chicken salad sandwich and the breakfast burrito. It was so good. We also got a side of egg salad that was delicious, lots of dill.

Nice coffee shop small and cozy. Great service and good selection of drink's. Indoor seating good. Outdoor seating really nice with heaters. Reasonable price with various sizes.

Delicious coffee! I got a caramel cappuccino. The vibe is fun; they have an eclectic assortment of bakery items, sandwiches, and packaged food.

The ordering system is a little hectic because there’s several lines and you don’t quite know where to stand when it’s busy. Hard to find a spot to sit inside but they do have heaters on the back deck. Love the vibe! Would definitely come back!

A good establishment. A bit crowded at the front. Coffee is good (I did not try food). There’s a little market inside with food items like cheese, jam, cookies, bread, and more. There was also live music outside while I was there!

Good coffee and interesting food and deli options. Would give 5 stars but the espresso drinks are overpriced. ;)

The Annex BLT was very good the first two visits I visited today and the bacon was so hard it tasted like it was cooked the night before and warmed. It was an awful sandwich I won’t be ordering food any longer.
